I always have a good experience at Spa St Tropez. I usually get a massage and facial. This was the first time I had the Champagne of the Sea Body Wrap. It was lovely.

"Thanks for the kind words Carol. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your Champagne of the Sea Bodywrap. It is always a pleasure having you with us, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for another dose of relaxation soon!"
Poor manicure skills- damaged my nails. Instead of taking the time to use cuticle remover then gently cut the cuticle, manicurist tried to use a nail drill on my natural nails - I had to tell her to stop. Then she over-filed my nails and just cut the cuticle, yanking them. She did this on one hand and when she tried to do it on my over hand I stopped her and said No! You have to apply cuticle remover and then cut the cuticle. OMG!! Mind blown. I assumed because it was a "Spa" the employees would be properly trained. I will give credit where credit is due- the pedicure was very nice.
It's a great relaxing spa, clean, professional and skilled practitioners. However, the services are very expensive with 50 min treatments that by the time you're actually receiving the massage or facial it's not a full 50 min for the price. Same experience for
80 minutes. This aspect needs to improve that clock should not tick until the massage is active.
Well-needed self care day!
I had a wonderful experience at Spa St. Tropez. From the moment I booked the appointment for a friend's birthday spa day with Jessica. The scheduling was challenging but, Jessica worked her magic and my friend and I were able to go in on the same day, around the same time for the golden facial, massage with refreshments package.
From the moment I entered the place I felt calm. I was greeted by Kaylee and Deborah who made check in a smooth transition. My esthetician was Vanessa, she was incredibly professional and explained every steps of the facial to me. The massage was booked with Keith who was masterful and focused exactly on my problem areas. The facility was spotless and beautifully designed. I especially loved the soft and plush bathrobes, lounge area. We had perfectly balanced refreshments, fruits, cheese and crackers and mimosas. We left feeling completely renewed and I will definitely return and make this part of my wellness routine!

We are so happy you loved your massage with Nancy! We appreciate the kind words and 5 star review. Hope to see you again soon.
I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was charged $150 for a “no show” appointment despite the fact that I both emailed and left a voicemail explaining that I had been up all night sick with a stomach bug. In my email, I was very polite and explained that I was unwell and did not want to risk getting anyone else sick. I also mentioned I would call back to reschedule. Additionally, my husband called the morning of the appointment and left a voicemail explaining the same.
No one took the time to respond to my email or return our voicemail — yet they had no problem charging my card $150 for a “no show.”
As a business owner in the beauty industry myself, I completely understand how frustrating true no-shows can be. It’s inconsiderate and disruptive. However, I would never charge a client $150 when they made the effort to call and email to explain they were sick. Life happens, and sometimes illness is unavoidable. We were trying to be responsible by not coming in and exposing staff or other clients.
This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately turned me off to this business entirely. My husband and I were genuinely looking forward to rescheduling our couples massages, but sadly, we will not be returning.
Wonderful spa! Went for a honey body scrub and foot massage and left feeling super smooth, moisturized and relaxed, Claudia was wonderful!
Update went again yesterday,
My masseuse Nancy was wonderful. She gave the right amount of pressure, found every knot I didn't know I had and was very sweet. I felt like a properly kneaded dough and was so relaxed I almost drooled. Highly recommend the massage and foot thermal treatment.

I made an appt on 12/31/25 for 50 min reflexology. I immediately called to cancel the appt as I had had a scheduling conflict. I called back on 1/2/26 At 9 AM to be sure that they received my message. My appt was rescheduled for 1/4/26 at 9 AM. I was told that I would be receiving confirmation regarding my appt. On Saturday evening, I realized I had never received the confirmation. On Sunday morning, I headed to the appt and called the Spa to be sure that I did in fact, have an appt that morning. When I called the Spa at 8:30 AM there was no answer and I was prompted to leave a message. Before leaving the message, I noted the hours of operation on the voicemail for Sunday were 10-5. I left a message stating that I thought I had an appt that morning, but never received a confirmation and wanted to be sure that I was on their books before making the trip. At this point, I assumed I had my appointment time wrong and planned on arriving at the Spa at 10 AM when they opened. At 9:30 AM, I received a call from the Spa asking if I was going to be able to make my appt due to the weather. I told them that I was on my way and would be there shortly. About 3 minutes later, I received another call from the Spa saying that they were returning my my call from earlier. I informed them I had already spoken to someone and was on my way. I arrived at the spa 6 mins later. I was brought to the treatment room and my treatment began. My 50 min reflexology appt lasted approximately 28 mins. When I informed the tech that I had made an appt for a 50 minute reflexology he informed me that he was aware, but that I had arrived 45 minutes late and he had another appt momentarily. I spoke to the receptionist at the desk and explained the situation to her. She seemed very surprised when I told her that her voicemail stated that the Sunday hrs were 10 AM to 5 PM when the correct hours are 9-5. She also told me that when an appt is rebooked that many times the system does not send out another confirmation with the new date and time. She spoke to her manager, Debra and informed me that Debra would be contacting me shortly to discuss the situation. When I spoke to Debra, she stated that I did in fact receive a confirmation. When I explained to her that I had not and reiterated what the receptionist had said, she agreed that that does indeed happen. I told her about the two calls I received from the Spa, neither time did anyone mention that I was late for my appt. I also mentioned the incorrect hours being listed on the voicemail and was told that was not true (voicemail still recited wrong hours today). She informed me that I would only be charged for the 30 minutes that I received treatment. I informed her that the reflexology I received was a foot rub at best and that she could keep the remainder of the gc that I had to hold the appt as I would not be returning. I did ask that I’d be reimbursed for the $100 gc that I just received this Christmas as I felt that the service I received was subpar. I explained that the entire situation could’ve been avoided if I had received a confirmation, if someone had mentioned to me on the phone that I was late for a 9 AM appointment, if their voicemail listed the correct times of operation, or if somebody said to me when I came in for my appt that I was late, and offered me the option of rescheduling. None of these things happened. Debra told me that she would contact me on Monday, 1/5/26 after speaking to her billing dept to see what she could do about reimbursing me for the gc I just received. She did not call me back. I called her at 3:30 and received a call back at 4 only to tell me she still had no answers for me. Trust me there are much better spas out there. Don’t waste your time or money on a place with such poor communication. I will update when/if Debra calls me back.
Update:I spoke to Debra and was refunded for the gc I had just received as well as the unused portion of the gc I used for the service I did receive.
As far as my facial goes it is the best treatment. Diane is the best at this profession. My problem is with front desk. I went in last week and asked to purchase a night cream. A very young girl said she had what I needed. Come to find out what she sold me needs to be used with a moisturizer and not every night And the product I was sold would dry out my skin. So she knows nothing about the products
Secondly when i was done we were trying to get the manager at front desk attention for me to buy the correct serum and she was too busy chatting away about vacations and nothing pertaining to to the spa. So I just left. Nothing being said like wait I'll be right with you nothing. Certainly poor customer skills Only reason I'm continuing to go here is because I love Diane
Another bad experience around Christmas time but a different story
I had an amazing experience with the overflowing with appreciation package. It was the best facial I’ve gotten. Vanessa was great 10/10 she was so gentle and informative( I’ve had facials in the past especially with extractions that have been excruciating). My massage was amazing as well. Overall I had a lovely experience, even the woman a the front desk was very helpful and patient with an old gift certificate I needed help with. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

We loved reading your review Nina, especially your feedback on your facial with Vanessa and positive words about the team! There’s nothing quite like the combination of a relaxing massage and a rejuvenating facial to reset the system. We’re so glad you enjoyed your time with us and truly appreciate you sharing your experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
The spa is immaculate and offers wonderful treatments . The technicians are well trained and the results speak for themselves . I love the lunchtime laser it rejuvenates my skin and I get complimented all the time. Prices are reasonable and they do offer packages . You won’t be disappointed

Thank you Diane for your very kind words and wonderful review! There’s nothing we love more than helping our guests feel completely refreshed. We appreciate you and look forward to seeing you again soon!
The reception area was not very "spa-like" and felt somewhat makeshift. For a brief moment, I honestly thought I had entered through the wrong door. There was no seating available, which did not create a welcoming first impression. That said, I was greeted by two wonderful receptionists who were kind and professional.
Unfortunately, the attentiveness of the attendants was lacking. I was brought to the back area, where an attendant pointed to a locker and then to the bathroom without any explanation or guidance. There should be a separate changing area. A customer had to wait to use the bathroom while I was changing clothes.
I ended up sitting on the bench outside the bathroom for about 20 minutes. One attendant walked by and saw me but did not check in. I eventually asked if this was where I was supposed to be waiting, and the response was, "Oh, you're ready?" At that point, I had been waiting for quite some time. I was then taken to the lounge area, where Keith immediately met me--he was wonderful and likely wondering where I had been.
While Keith provided excellent service, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. For the price, I would prefer to go elsewhere for a more complete and attentive spa experience. I will not be returning or purchasing a gift card.
Before leaving, I shared my feedback with the reception staff, who were gracious, understanding, and said they would pass along my concerns.
