Took my truck in to get a fob program waited almost hour or two hours and had to check found out the service guy was on break and my truck was ready and I wasn't told I no other service person was told he left it the way it was was not impressed with that. Received a call from Ford explain this was told the manager of service would reach out to me never heard from anybody

I used to visit the Aurora location simply because it was close to my home. Unfortunately, my experiences there were consistently negative due to unfriendly service and poor communication. On three separate occasions, I even arrived for scheduled appointments only to be told that the service could not be provided, which was extremely disappointing.
This time, I decided to visit the Newmarket location, and my experience there completely changed my perspective. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly and accurately. The service I received was truly excellent, and I finally understood how much of a difference good customer care makes.
I now regret choosing a location based only on convenience in the past. I highly recommend the Newmarket location to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
