Very poor service and management. From the beginning, there was confusion and lack of coordination. The staff did not communicate clearly, and expectations were not managed properly. The quality delivered was below average and did not match the price charged. This experience was frustrating and not worth it.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any service provider. The staff was unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of accountability. Promises were made but not fulfilled, and when I raised concerns, they were ignored. The quality delivered was unacceptable and did not justify the high price. The entire experience felt misleading and dishonest, almost like a scam. I regret choosing this place and would advise others to stay away.

My experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The service was poorly managed from the beginning, with no clear communication or professionalism. The staff seemed careless and uninterested in addressing customer concerns. Most importantly, the quality of the service did not match what was promised at all. It honestly feels like a complete scam, as the amount charged is nowhere justified by the outcome. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place and not waste their time or money.

Edit: Our doors were installed couple of years ago, I needed few minor corrections, South Florida doors and closets came out, made the corrections in 5 minutes. On time, respectful of my house, and super polite. Excellent customer care! We had a pleasure working with South Florida Doors and Closets, We changed all the doors in our house. We had a great experience and must say that this company is honest, reliable and responsible. The warranty is great. We needed one door adjusted one month after installation and they came right away to fix it. Highly recommend!

They created a custom design that met our needs perfectly. The quality of the finish and the attention to detail in the closet were exactly what we were looking for. The only feature I wish they offered is integrated lighting. Other than that, I have no complaints and we’re very happy customers.

With both projects, we told Thomas what we needed and he came up with the designs that were perfect for us. He clearly has years of experience and knowledge which we loved.
