Service representative came to our house to look at our water heater. Found out water heater needed to be replaced. ( Leaking) Representative quoted us a price that was within our budget and we agreed to have water heater replaced. The best thing is that he could do the installation tomorrow. Technician came and serviced our AC units. Called when he was on his way and arrived at the designated time. Put on covers over his shoes. He preformed checks on inside and outside units. Cleaned outside units. Very professional job.

I am updating my review after calling 7 different places and getting the problem fixed for 1/3 of the price i was quoted at here with no issues nearly a year later. Charles WAS knowledgeable but used that to put fear in me by spelling out the word FIRE and making it seem urgent, he then called me over 10 times to seal the deal, i think their practices are shady and that was confirmed when they sent me an advertisement disguised as a tax bill or W2, they use people's anxiety of their situation to sell the service at triple the cost of other people and then harass you to sign the contract, CALL AT LEAST 5 PLACES before you decide to go with any company, thank God i didn't get bamboozled by these people. On top of everything THEY PUSH YOU TO MAKE REVIEW for their service even if you didn't get anything done, places like this need to be reported to the BBB

Dylan and the Southern Air team did a fantastic job installing our Generac Guardian 26kw natural gas generator. They were professional and detail oriented. They communicated with us during the entire process. Even during the consult they were extremely educational about the whole process, and they did a way better job of laying out the process than any of the competitors we got bids from did. Thanks Southern Air! Next time our power grid fails us, we will be ready!
