Who ever this guy is should learn how to drive and have patience this person was driving like a crazy person on the road sticking his middle finger at every stop to me and my mother very unprofessional of him to do especially on one of your business trucks. You guys should have people who respect the roads because he almost crashed into us when there was no where for us to move then he got mad and started to cut and zigzag on the road to everyone like crazy on the roads and also would stick his middle finger to us as well…. The person who commented this isn’t the same number that’s how I found this place don’t lie.

All of our vehicles are fully lettered with our phone number, address and email address. All vehicles have GPS and camera systems. This is very vague without some other information provided for me to believe it was someone from our company. There are several companies in this area with the name Soundview. I'm sorry you had to experience something like this but i fully believe it wasn't my company. Please enjoy the holidays.

SoundView is a deeply loyal, considerate and trustworthy company. I have been a customer for years and I can not speak highly enough of their upstanding professionalism and integrity!
A few years back we woke up on a freezing Christmas morning without any working heat, not yet even customers of SoundView, we called in need of help and they send a tech out right away, saving Christmas for the whole family.
We have been customers ever since and they have continually provided excellent service!

We had a mystery water stain in a kitchen ceiling that one theory led to an AC issue. Rob spent considerable time trying to pinpoint the problem. Although he concluded it was not an AC issue, he brought a wealth of knowledge and candor to the issue. I certainly appreciate the time and expertise.
I’ve asked for a routine maintenance contract based on this visit.

When yesterday early evening, I felt cold in my house, I thought the worst. At 8:10 this morning, I called Soundview Heating & Air Conditioning. At 10:00, John the technician was here, and by 11:00 my house was nice and toasty again. A great company and fabulous staff. Thanks for coming to my rescue and Merry almost Christmas.

UPDATE: My new system installed March 2025 is getting it's 1st winter workout. Cannot be happier. If anyone has any questions about using Soundview, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. Thank you to the whole Soundview team.
UPDATE: Soundview went above & beyond to try & get my existing poorly installed system to work properly. I made the decision to have them install a new system. The guys were awesome and did an amazing job. I was holding back Happy Tears when I hugged them all to say goodbye. Brian & Phil (Service Manager & Sales Manager) hit the nail on the head with what needed to be done. New system is working beautifully. Cannot thank the entire staff of Soundview enough! 👍👍
Outstanding service! Had several issues with the heating in my home not working properly. Thomas was here at the beginning of December for over 2hrs and meticulously went thru tweaking the system. Everything is working perfectly! Highly recommend Soundview. Since then my system, which was poorly installed by a prior company 2 & a half years ago, required changing out the compressor, balancing pressure, etc. The entire Soundview team (Brooke, Tessa, Justin, Brian, Rob & Brian the Service Manager worked continuously to address my concerns. I have never had better customer service! 👍👍

I have used Soundview twice for major heating system replacements, once for the furnace (hot air gas fired) and more recently for the hor water heater. The technicians arrived on time and they were polite and professional. Excellent job overall. The price seemed a bit on the high side at first, but once I saw the quality of their work I felt it was well worth it. I would recommend Soundview wholeheartedly to anyone needing a repair or replacement system.
