I needed spontaneous medical assistance during my vacation and had a great experience. The communication via WhatsApp in advance was super easy and fast. I got an appointment on the exact same day without any hassle. The staff and the doctor were very friendly and professional. I felt really comfortable and in good hands. Highly recommended!

Highly incompetent medical provider Highly misleading company name that they absolutely do not live up to. Have been living in Hungary over three decades now and have never met a more incompetent medical provider including state managed ones. Don't ever try to receive urgent medical service through them! Even though I'd told them at the very beginning - and repeated it over several phone calls - that we'd pay straight to the doctor and submit the invoice to our insurance company ourselves afterwards, so no need to wait for the payment approval letter from the insurance company, they were stressing over payment. Clear what their main focus is. After 8 phonecalls and waiting 3 hours, still no doctor in sight...

Super snel geholpen met mijn klachten, arts sprak alleen italiaans maar de assistenten spraken goed engels! Ze hebben zelfs de voorgeschreven medicatie doorgebeld naar de apotheek en even meegewandeld welke apotheek het was! Kortom super en snel geholpen

It was a huge relief to find SOS, They were calm, kind and helpful to do everything I needed. They knew the best doctor to make an appointment for and emergency situation, they accompanied me to the appointment, translated the conversation and finally translated the necessary documents for my insurance claim. I didn't need to search for the best doctor, worry about translation and understanding medical terminology, they did it all. I feel no concern about having any future problems because I know they are always available to help. I would highly recommend them.

I went in looking for advice on an injection, both women were charming and helpful, directed me to a pharmacist, then had their lovely, English speaking, thorough doctor go through my medical details and give me the injection. Nach Anmeldung per WhatsApp konnten wir sehr schnell in das Medical Center kommen. Ich wurde sehr gründlich untersucht, sowohl von der Internistin, wie auch von den Kardiologen, die sehr kurzfristig dazugeholt werden konnten. Vielen Dank für die freundliche und kompetente Hilfe!

Nach meinem Unfall (Beinfraktur) wurde ich sehr zuvorkommend und professionell aufgenommen und behandelt (ohne Anmeldung). Das SOS Tourist Medical Center Cagliari ist mehrsprachig aufgestellt. Also sind keine sprachlichen Probleme zu erwarten. Alles notwendige wurde vor Ort telefonisch organisiert. Alle notwendigen Untersuchungen und Hilfsmittel (Röntgen, Rollstuhl, Orthese, UAST, Medikamente, etc.) wurden unkompliziert vereinbart und personell begleitet bzw. bereitgestellt. Die Preise wurden vorab eindeutig kommuniziert. Durch den schnellen Service konnten wir noch die Nachfähre erreichen um in Deutschland schnellstmöglich Weiterbehandlung zu erhalten. Nochmals vielen Dank an Dr. Giovanni Pisano, Jenny und das gesamte Team. Liebe Grüße von Sigrid
