Chris helped me transition from Android to iPhone, upgrade my old 10-year-old desktop system, consolidate and move websites onto a cheaper web host, consolidate my email history, combine my photos, making them all available in one place, and move from Verizon Wireless to a cheaper wireless option. He has done this over the past couple of years, and it has been a lot of change. Chris is naturally a calm, expert tech support guy with a caring approach. I’m on the other side of all this now, but when we started, I was overwhelming. I was frustrated because I didn’t have the words to ask for what I needed, explain my problems, or get help to resolve problems I was experiencing. I’m so lucky to have had Chris’s help. Chris is a good listener. If Chris doesn’t know the answer, he knows where to look. He often had alternative ways to get to the same outcome if we ran into a problem. He’s an excellent problem solver. Chris helped me make a lot of important decisions. He helped me clarify my needs, criteria, and options to make good choices. Often those choices were lower cost, saving me money over the long run. I frequently felt like I owed Chris more for his services than he charged. He’s worth more than he charges for his tech-support expertise.
