Sold a bill of goods
AT no point do they tell you that you WILL have saggy skin. I was told that as long as I wore the compression suit for as long and diligently as I was told, my skid would adhere as I healed and would be fine. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Now they want more money to remove skid and can only remove skid from the stomach. I'm 130 pounds so it wasn't like they took much fat off of me. I HATE my results and look worse than I ever did! Worst mistake of my life.

This is becoming a very frustrating and upsetting experience. FYI: Don't always trust reviews. Ever notice why they have so many high ratings, if you have a dispute, in order for them to work with you, they ask you to take the bad review down. I have had so much trouble trying to get an issue rectified with Sono Bello in the Westchester office. I have also been reaching out to the corporate office. They were responsive in the beginning and now I am not getting any resolution. I am very dissatisfied with my procedure and the scarring that I have on four parts of my body. I would recommend if you were seriously looking into these procedures that you fully educate yourself on what the outcomes would be. I was very excited to work with Sono Bello on my transformation, now I am sorry that I did my procedures. I was told that if I did my stomach area, I would achieve flat and tight results, that is definitely not the case. Now the surgeon is telling me that I would never be able to achieve a flat tight result! She is stating that it is due to visceral fat/ excess skin. I was never told that this could even be a possibility. While I do understand that, the revision that they did offer should take care of the excess skin and any additional fact that we left. I also have a lot of Discomfort of my abdominal area at the end of the day, if I wear clothing that may be a little more restrictive, Like jeans, dress pants, etc... I never had this prior to my Surgery. I am also very dissatisfied with the scaring on my body. I have four areas in which the scars have not healed. They are embarrassing and very unsightly. My surgery was almost a year ago and they have still not healed Also,as an FYI, don't trust reviews. They make you take them down in order to get your revision or an other help from them

I booked the procedure and canceled 60?days before because I found out ( it was not disclosed) that dr Rocco was a orthopedic surgeon not a board certified plastic surgeon. At the time he had been doing plastic surgery for less than 1 year so I asked for my money back in October 2024. After Jenna ducked me I went to the facility and spoke to Tara the business manager. She gave me a paperwork for a refund promise for $2400 less than the 12k I paid citing surgical fee. READ THE FiNE PRINT. Once you book a date and get cleared they keep your $. Finally on 1/3/2025 I receive my $9500 check and it bounced. Really Sonobello? Spoke to Tara and for some reason the email given was not valid. Going to the facility tomorrow!
All I can say is check out the better business bureau BBB where you can see hundreds of REAL negative reviews and complaints about this company.
My experience with sonobello is disgusting, horrific and scammed! Totally false advertisement. You will be in a lot of pain and they will scar you for life!

Culture
Culture is a big part of your job and it creates a space of belonging or not. The culture is definitely profit driven. Every thing you do in the center is driven by numbers and numbers only. Sales teams don't get a break and depending on your management (which changes often) you'll be nickeled and dimed for your time off. However, you are frequently asked regularly to stay past your designated hours. Not just sometimes, all the time and you don't get time back. You can bring up your concerns but they are not heard, addressed or sometimes even acknowledged. Pros: Bonus Cons: No work life balance

I absolutely love this company and am excited to continue to advance here. I love the inclusiveness and the support from my team and management. If you are looking for a career with an opportunity to advance, this is the place for YOU! There is a strict attendance policy; if you are not a punctual person you will not last long. Management does a great job ensuring we have fun contests to keep us on our toes and for a chance to win $$. I would like there to be a better bonus structure for my department, but outside of that I enjoy what I do and love signing into work each day. Pros: Fun work environment Cons: Need better bonus

Meeting with patients to sell our services, top side medical intake, selling skills and lots of people skills needed! Problem solving and multitasking is a must. Fast paced and fulfilling! I have searched for a role that checked many buckets and this is it! Incredible support in on-boarding and on-going education, opportunity to earn more and grow within the company if you are willing to work! Not happy with results. Shared that, dismissed. Additional service cancelled - 4 weeks no refund received yet - have called multiple times and keep being told it is being processed and will be refunded. Waste of my hard earned money.

Dr Sobrino was wonderful, he truly cared for my well being, I was wanting an extra procedure and he truly said it would not be in my best interest for health reasons. He took great concern as my blood pressure was low and he would not do anything unless it came up, this is common for me so I asked if I could just wait and drink some water they said OK and it came right up. Then after the procedure he phoned to ensure that I was OK and the office was there whenever I had questions. Everyone was fabulous!! Its been four months and all I can say is WOW. I feel great, I have gotten so many compliments on how good I look. Yes I got the AB EX and I do have the scar but you put on some sexy underwear and you see nothing. I wish I had the photos for you to see - I waited to write this review as I wanted to ensure I was still happy - I am 63 years OLD and it was a game changer for me.
Please don't go here. They are Fraudulent, Manipulative Scammers. I had a surgery a year ago and I'm disfigured. Other surgeons redo their mistakes in Maryland. I don't understand how after all the negative reviews on Better Business Bureau that they're still able to practice. I promise they won't after I've finished with them.

The procedure was very painful and I could feel the surgeon cutting me! It also took the nurse and surgeon a couple of hours to start an IV! Very uncomfortable procedure!
This is not a business its a scam they lie, play phone tag and are rude they are trying to keep a little over $17,000. I'm currently working with the BBB to try to at least get some of it back, they want me to now go to a location that is 4 1/2 hrs away in nebraska to have my procedures done. but after trying to reschedule right after they denied me the day of my surgery, I do not feel safe letting them cut on me! I was stupid to pay in full. They are telling me to either let them butcher me or keep all of my money! run from this also check out all the heart breaking reviews on the better business burau before even considering this place! A private plastic surgeon will be cheaper and better quality. the only sedatives sono belllo use is xanax. They are really good at hiding the bad reviews on youtube. The only good reviews you will find are the ones they choose on their own website.

Love It Here Great Culture
A typical day at work can be unpredictable like a lot of people mentioned, but that comes with almost any job in nursing. I think it's all about the location you work at is going to determine your happiness. Everyday is different and I can tell my manager pays attention to what days will be harder than others which I can appreciate. It makes the environment fun/energetic which is what I feel cosmetic surgery is suppose to be about. It's honestly fun working with this group of people and interacting with patients is a lot of times heartwarming especially when they share their story with you! Working with surgeons can be hard at times...you get over it.. and I've learned so much here as a LVN that it is worth it. I've learned things here that I apply outside of work now. Pros: We have such a great team and all care about what we do! Cons: There are "goals, " people pay out of pocket though so I get it, Not a deal breaker, Puts more money in my pocket actually.
We have some AMAZING people that work here and its really what you make of it!
A typical day for me is : Wake up, Log in, Have great conversations with amazing people all day long, we are changing lives here! I love my job at Sono Bello! Management is Fantastic!In my opinion the culture here is like nothing I have ever seen! Everyone seems to have a really great positive outlook here for the most part and we all are very encouraging of one another, and we push each other to be better every day! teamwork is HUGE here! LOVE IT!learning the job was the most difficult for me, the training was a different, but once I caught on, I have continued to grow personally and professionally!
