Sab did an amazing job! He is incredibly thorough with his work and talked through his entire process and helped me feel well informed and confident in his work. We had an amazing experience with Sab! He came out for a potential problem we were having, did a free inspection and was very thorough about providing all the potential solutions to the problem with zero pressure to make any big decisions. He also gave extra tips on little things we could fix on our own to help prevent larger problems and so we came out of the experience with a lot of good information and clarity!

I called Sab on Friday Easter weekend and despite an already busy day he called me back quickly. After some quick pictures, he guided me on stopping the water flow to the water heater and then arrived same day to fix the issue. He was very efficient and had our water back on same day. He offered reasonable pricing and I can't thank him enough for the professional service he provides. I highly recommend this company.

I originally called to get a quote from Sabedin for a leaking Hot water heater but when he arrived the situation had become more of an emergency. Sabedin quickly assessed the situation and stopped the aggressive leak that could have caused serious damage to my home. He explained what was happening and why. He gave me an estimate for the repair and replacement. I agreed and He had the job completed that same day! Including some code corrections with the venting. The final cost was fair and what was promised. The equipment and components are commercial grade as well as the quality of the installation. It looks fantastic, This guy knows what he is doing. I highly recommend them.

What I like about Sab is that he is focused on helping you. Not trying to upsell you or give you something you don't really need. He wants to make the situation better. He gives you advice along with the fixes and even suggest other people that could help when it is not his area of expertise. If you have a plumbing issue, this is the number one company to go to.

Unbelievable customer service even when not technically a customer! Had an issue requiring immediate attention to shut off water to my home. I called looking for an available appointment but they were kind enough to walk me through troubleshooting procedures over the phone, while pulled over on the side of the road. They could have easily charged me to come out to my home for something simple but chose to walk me through steps to avoid a service call. It’s obvious that they are not interested in gouging customers which is RARE in today’s world. They have earned my business with any future plumbing services.

Sab replaced my old gas water heater with an electric one and replaced outdoor spigot. He does quality work, and is very attentive and responsive. He's not into upselling unnecessarily. On one occasion he went the extra mile to squeeze me in to repair a leak during the busy holiday time when I was recovering from a surgery. He will look at and try to attend to any other issues you might have while he's out there, saving another trip and fee.
