Rachel and her team are FANTASTIC. I cannot sing their praises enough. This is the second time working with her and solostep. Both times were phenomenal experiences. This time around, we had experienced a very poor interaction with a separate vendor (not by choice due to some existing rails of another brand we were trying to move) to have rails installed in our new facility. Finally, I had enough and reached out to Rachel to explain the issues we were running into. She didn’t skip a beat in coming to our rescue, setting up a meeting, and saving the day by confirming that solostep was indeed heroic and could perform our very challenging rail install. Not only was their pricing very reasonable, but she did everything in her power to help us meet our timeline considering our already delayed schedule. If you need an overhead support system, please look NOWHERE other than solostep. They truly are the best!

We recently had a unit installed in two of our healthcare system's therapy clinics. The product is American made. The customer support and ordering process was very smooth. The installers went above and beyond to provide great care. (They even swept the floor when they finished). The first day after installation we were able to help a client stand and feel her feet on the ground for the first time in her life. Pretty amazing!

SoloStep is fantastic! SoloStep came into our new facility and designed a “first of its kind” system to work in our space. Our PT providers love the reassurance the Safety Overhead Support (SOS) provides, enabling our clients to exercise and remain safe. Our clients comment multiple times daily about how much they appreciate the SOS and how their fear of falling reduces dramatically. It is rewarding to see clients take their initial steps in the SOS without assistive devices and gain confidence.
