Through my rental company, Solocal serviced my home for removal of bats. While I am terrified of them, I didn’t want them harmed, just removed. Nathan and John were amazing with their concern and care for the job, not only with wanting to safely remove the bats, but also genuinely taking into account my concern for bats and the health risks it could have posed for my children with immune deficiencies. John and Nathan visited the home a couple of times to set up and start the process as well as to return and confirm the bats were gone and any mess was cleaned up, in addition to making sure they wouldn’t be able to get back in. Very appreciative of how kind and sincere this team worked to resolve my concerns! Thank you both!
SoLocal Wildlife Removal was wonderful. Quick response time, very professional, and provided me with answers to my questions. Nathan in particular was amazing. He was great at explaining things and was upfront and honest in his assessment of our home. I would highly recommend them.
I decided to use Solocal Wildlife Removal as I thought I might have a problem in my attic. Jon was great even though he didn't really think I had a problem, he still came out and checked for entry points and then inspected my attic. I appreciate the honesty and the fact that they were really busy and he took the time to check out my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a wildlife problem.
Amazing, I usually meet one or two professionals and then make a choice of who to use for new services. I was blown away by the honesty and good nature of Nathan. I'm very happy with our bat removal and experience. I will be recommending him to my neighbors and social network groups. Thank you!
Solocal Wildlife Removal was beyond kind and generous with listening to my concerns. They were patience and attentive to all my needs. Nathan took his time and worked tirelessly to inspect and find the root of my problem. The communication from the beginning to end was clear, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend Solocal Wildlife Removal and feel confident in their company.
Nathan responded so quickly to our wildlife removal needs and thoroughly completed the extraction and cleanup in no time at all. The fee charged was gladly paid for the professional service rendered.
Nathan was so great to work with. While having some other work done on the house it was suggested to us that there may be batts in the attic. Nathan responded to our online query same day and was able to come out to our house very quickly. Thankfully he found no signs of batts inside the house but identified some spots that they could potentially get inside. We’re thankful for the direction of preventative measures and the good news that we are batt free!
Did a great job with a bird cleanup situation in my attic. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommend!
Nathan is about the nicest person you'll ever meet. He worked with us on a super smart squirrel. Very professional and he really knows what he is doing.
Solocal it’s a wonderful family run business right here in Charlotte. They will help with whatever nature has brought your way. We called about some intruders that had made their way into our basement. We got a response within the hour and a visit the next morning. Hurrah! Nice to see people who take pride in their work!
High integrity and honest people. Had another company come out and try to charge me an arm and a leg as well as trying to sell me on things I didn’t need. Nathan came out, identified the problem, gave reasonable suggestions and prices.
If you are looking for a professional who exemplifies integrity and delivers exceptional customer service, look no further than Nathan at Solocal Wildlife Removal. His honesty and client satisfaction truly sets him apart.
I had an excellent experience with Solocal Wildlife. They removed squirrels from my attic in the most humane manner possible and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Everything they said they were going to do, they did, and I haven't had any issues since.
I also learned a lot about wildlife removal and why it's important to handle these situations properly instead of trying to do it yourself. Their professionalism, knowledge, and follow-through gave me complete confidence in their work.
I've already recommended Solocal to several neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If you're looking for a company that is honest, reliable, and truly cares about both the customer and the animals, I highly recommend them.
They were easy to work with, responsive, and knowledgeable. Would recommend or use again on another property!
We had a recurring issue with racoons in the arttic . He did an amazing job 👏 of trapping the family with little drama and humanly relocated them . As a serious wildlife expert he followed up consistently and we would never use anyone else.
