What an incredible experience! A friend gave me a float gift certificate for SoliVana and I had a relaxing getaway from the stress of daily life. It was my first time floating, and Natasha walked me through exactly what to expect. The Wellness center is beautiful and has a calming vibe as soon as you walk in. Everything was pristinely clean and both Natasha and one other staff member I interacted with were very friendly and inviting. I will definitely be going back! :)

Tried their 60-minute float therapy, I really wish there was an option for 30-minute for first timers. Especially because it really hurt my back being in that position for so long.

Just to clarify, our floats are 60 minutes by design. The first 20–30 minutes are when the body and mind are still actively adjusting — muscles are unwinding, the nervous system is downshifting, and the brain is transitioning from fight-or-flight into a deeply relaxed theta state. That therapeutic shift is where the real benefits begin. Shorter sessions unfortunately don’t allow enough time for that process to happen.
If you did float with us and experienced back discomfort, we have several comfort adjustments — different floating positions, neck supports, and posture tips — that we recommend during first visits to ensure full relief.

I've done two different services here so far and I am very pleased with both. Natasha is extremely knowledgeable about each service. We ended up chatting more about wellness and breathing after my appointment. She is kind, personable, and a true angel. I previously came in for the fire and ice contrast therapy. The room had everything I needed including enough towels, protective eyewear for the red light, shower essentials, etc. Whoever cleaned the room prior to my arrival did an amazing job. It was polished and neat. I will definitely return for the great service and cleanliness. Don't hesitate to ask a question or book an appointment!

I recently visited Solivana Spa during a business trip to California from Alaska, and it was truly transformative. On November 10th, I walked in feeling completely mentally defeated — jet-lagged, exhausted, and on the verge of tears after a rough turn of events. I signed up for the NeuroVizr 20-minute treatment followed by a 90-minute float session.
Natasha Berness, the owner, was incredibly caring and took the time to share her expertise on different products and even gave me advice that was valuable for my own business. Her kindness and knowledge made all the difference.
The NeuroVizr treatment was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and truly mind-blowing. After finishing both the NeuroVizr and the float, I felt like a completely different person. About 30 minutes later, all the stress and heaviness had lifted, and I was suddenly energized in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time. I had bags to move, suitcases to repack, and all kinds of tedious tasks that I would never have had the energy to handle before. But after the treatment, I was rocking and rolling, taking care of everything easily. Even late at night, I had the energy to get everything done and woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and renewed.
I’m absolutely blown away by this transformation and can’t recommend Solivana Spa enough. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be truly cared for and leave feeling like a whole new person, this is it.

This wellness spa in a true gem close to downtown RWC! I went there for the very first time yesterday and joined a Sound Healing, Breathwork and Reiki event with Jen. What a treat! The 1 hour session took place in their Himalayan Salt Room which was the perfect setting. It's a beautiful room with 8 comfortable chairs to relax and heal. Jen was very welcoming and explained everything before she began with her session so that everyone was comfortable and relaxed.
After the event Natascha was so kind and took the time to give me a private tour of their wellness spa and explained every treatment they offer very detailed and understandable. The spa is beautifully designed, extremely clean and welcoming and I can highly recommend their service. I will be back soon. They have an open house every first Thursday evening of the month (pl. see website). You may check it out and spread the word if you enjoyed their service as much as I did.

Add on: Yesterday I had my first Fire and Ice session and had a lovely experience. The room was nicely prepared for me and everyone was very welcoming. However, so saw a black hair floating in the ice bath and didn’t use it as planned. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it because everyone put a lot of effort to make it a great experience. But I still want to mention it, so that they double check that this doesn’t happen again. I will come back - a hair can’t stop me from this. I only wish the session would be 1 hour instead 45 min. With getting ready, shower, switching between sauna and the ice water it seems quite short and I felt a bit rushed at the end of the session. Hopefully, this might be considered for the future. Thank you. I love coming back and will.

This is a little hidden gem in Redwood City,! And absolute oasis of bliss and serenity.
From the moment we walked in, Natasha greeted us with a warm smile, and showed us all of the rooms and relaxation that would await us .
The salt room was magical, the flotation room, divine calm and the nurturing of the red light therapy .ahh , I can exhale and ground and return to the outside world invigorated , clear ,and calm .
I am a Birth worker, and this is exactly what I needed after supporting in a hospital setting recently. For all healthcare workers, doctors nurses I highly recommend you getting your weekly dose of calm and for everyone else a must visit. Yiu will walk out different from your renewed sense of peace and tranquility! Relax well here , you are in great hands
I visited the spa for the first time for a biofield healing; I have experienced several therapies in my life, but never anything like this! It was simply amazing to see Natasha work on my body without any prior knowledge. She was able to identify the energy blocks and where they manifest in my body. After balancing my body and clearing the blockages, I felt so different, mentally strong and physically on a high like never before. It is hard to explain, but I would recommend it to anyone. Natasha is the real deal!
The facilities are beautiful and there is a lot more to explore. I will definitely be back!

I have tried several treatments (PMF mat, presso therapy, health scanner, energy balancing, salt room), all of them are amazing! Come here to just sit in the salt room to relax and recharge or do the energy balancing with Natasha to feel the perfect grounding and balancing experience. All these methods are so important these days, when grounding and detoxing becomes a vital part of health in a hectic world. I also pop in here anytime I'm close by, need advice, a chat, a supplement or a hug. Natasha's knowledge about all things wellness and health is unmatched. I'm glad that this place exists. My wife and I had a really fun time going back and forth between the sauna and the cold bath. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend this for couples who want to try something new and different.

You have to try this place.
I wasn't feeling well one day and chills (thankfully the place had just opened for the day, so it was empty and I stayed far away from the lady at the front desk, in case I was getting the flu), I did the Fire and Ice and walked out of this place feeling 90 percent better.
This place was so clean, I was able to buy a hydration stick while I waited in the lobby and it was my favorite brand. There were so many vitamins in the front, and just overall wellness products, that next visit I will look at more carefully. I can't wait to try every service they offer.
I had a terrific energy healing session with Natasha. I am completely fascinated by tuning forks and the expansive healing tools they have. Definitely planning on returning
