At first, I wasn’t sure about paying for a home inspection on a condo unit because it can be quite expensive, but I think it’s worth the investment for due diligence and to have an expert/professional guide and inspect your home. I learned things about my first home purchase that I didn’t think I would understand unless I was professionally told! Vahn is amazing as he explains every question and aspect you have about your home to his best ability. I also love that he and the company are there to support you and provide free consultation (as part of their service and cost) for as long as you own the home and whenever you have questions about your home. Most importantly, he communicates and responds fairly quick! I would highly recommend Vahn and the company if you are looking for a home inspection!

It is truly unprofessional to cancel an inspection appointment, especially given the limited timeline home buyers have. I booked the inspection online on Monday for Wednesday, yet Vahn canceled it on Tuesday. If the time slot was not actually available, it should have been removed from the calendar beforehand.

Great service, super friendly, helpful and lots of really useful tips about home ownership and maintenance. Caught several things we didn't notice ourselves, and really glad we got the thermal imaging to see areas of poor insulation as well as areas we could improve ourselves to better insulate our home. Really surpassed our expectations, and definitely would recommend. We will 100% be going with Solex Group again for our next house inspection/purchase.
