An update to our original review below (June 2026) - Wow! We have had our system installed now for a little over four months and have just received our first energy/ electricity bill for a full quarter. We are delighted to see that not only have Mark's calculations as to the potential outcome from the system he designed for us based on as detailed data as we could provide, but our slighlty 'in credit' balance is just above the expectations he set for us. In the meantime, Lisa has been wonderful with her communications regarding queries we occasionally field with her. We highly recommend this team and are confident that they will design and recommend a system for you that is 'fit for purpose' and will probably exceed your expectations. Original review (February 2026) - Thanks very much Mark, Lisa and all the team at Solenergy who have recently completed the installation of a solar panel+battery system at our home. The team won the quoting process over three competitors, by their attention to detail, their courteous, trustworthy, matter-of-fact attitude and communications. Their quote wasn't the cheapest. Their projections as to savings from the system were more credible, using what we considered more reasonable data. Their installation team was courteous, considerate and efficient, leaving our property clean and tidy. The system is only a few days old, but is working well, slightly better than expectations. We highly recommend them as a business to deal with and as providers of reliable, effective product.

Solenergy Group are professional, courteous and the communication was great from start to finish. If you are considering Solar, look no further and get it done with Solenergy. It is rare to find a company that cares not just about the pre-sale and post-sale service but also their reputation. And this is reflected by their already high number of positive reviews and many pleased customers they have helped. Adam and the team went above and beyond to do an excellent job. On the day of install, there were no issues, the quality of workmanship was first class, the installers were prompt, respectful, efficient and left the place clean. Almost a year later, I enquired some after sales service and the team responded in a matter of days without hesitation and addressed my enquiry immediately. Amazing. Thank you. Would not hesitate to go straight to Solenergy group again for any future Solar needs. Highly recommended!

We have used Solenergy Group 3 times now and cannot fault their service. The team are very knowledgeable and professional. During our build, their head electrician met our builder on-site and together worked through pre-wiring and provisions for future battery installation. Communication was exceptional throughout the whole process. Quotes were very clear and easy to read. Lisa was fantastic and steered us towards options they met our needs over what was most expensive. An honest company, run with integrity and pride. Would use the team again in a heartbeat.

Solenergy were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. I had a couple of challenges on my side getting ready and Lisa was very understanding and helpful. The overall setup was designed well with great communication, and installation went without a hitch. After I found a leak near one of the panels during heavy rain, Nick and the crew even came back to check it out and determined it probably wasn't related to their install, but siliconed it up and didn't charge me regardless. Great company who care about doing great work and doing right by their customers.

I've had an overall fantastic experience with Solenergy. Mark was very approachable and accommodating, happy to adjust our system/quote to ensure we chose the right system for us. He was flexible on brands/models but provided guidance on who he recommends. Their price was competitive with other quotes requested. Steven and his team installed the system efficiently but to a good quality, and were happy to explain everything as they were going. We have just had a government inspection of the setup (battery, panels, inverter) and they noted that it's one of the best installation they've assessed and given it as high score as they could. Overall 5/5 and would happily recommend Mark and Steven for anyone looking to install a solar setup.
