Communication was excellent, from the booking through to the service and report. The tradesmen were prompt, respectful and did the job. When the report came back, I was very pleasantly surprised at just how detailed it was. Included were before and after photos of the clean on my panels, which made me realise just how dirty they were. I have since noticed an increase in solar efficiency.

Solar Service Guys attended property in a timely matter to do a health check on the inverter and panels. They were knowledgeable and provided good advice regarding an aging system.

i was impressed with the service and knowledge the guy who came out to do our quote i could not fault him he was honest in what he said he could do.i would not entertain them as the back up time to get back to me was far to long

I had a booking for a Solar check. Nobody turned up at booked time between 7am and 12pm. I called the office and was told the electrician is running late, waited until after 3pm. Nobody turned up. Called again after 3pm, was told that electrician was not far away and I should call if not there by 3.30pm. I had to call again and electrician turned up at 10 to 4pm. Electrician told me I was not the first one waiting. There seems to be no coordination in the office. The service, knowledge and advice of the electrician itself was great, professional and friendly, easy explained and to understand.
