Greatly appreciate the entire Solaris team, for their professionalism and quality of service. I had gazebo with a lighting package recently installed at my residence. Right from the initial meeting with Russ (sales representative) and interaction with the front office and installation team members, it was a pleasant experience. The gazebo looks great and we're extremely happy with the project.

We have a duplex that is west facing, with high patio windows. It was very hot during the summer, and we needed to cool down the rooms on the other side of the patio doors. Because it is a condominium, there are bylaws that govern the aesthetics of the development. So, we were bound by board approval. Phil came to talk to us about a solution using a Phantom Screen, a classic, retractable awning. It seemed like a good option. We went ahead with the purchase. The crew came out and did a good job of installing the unit. They were friendly, explained the product and demoed the unit. Out next door neighbours have the same unit so it was imperative that when both awnings were stretched out, they would match not only by design, but by matching the height of the awning. The crew did not disappoint. We recommend Solaris for their quality product, and for their great staff.
We have used Solaris twice for two phantom screens and have been incredibly happy. I called shortly before our warranty ran out on the newest screen to have some of the plastic parts replaced. They sent out an installer quickly to complete the work. Shortly after this, our dog ran through the screen and ripped it/knocked it off the runners. I called again and they sent someone out with no hassle. I expected to have to pay for the service, but was told that the warranty had "just finished" so they completed the work again for no cost! I was so impressed at the customer service all the way through, from the people on the phones to the guys who came out. I would absolutely recommend Solaris for anyone looking for screen door solutions!
Our Phantom screen door was riddled with holes after 25 years of use. I phoned Solaris to inquire about the cost of replacing the screen. For an additional amount of money, I could have someone come out to my home and repair the screen on site. Knowing full well I would never be able to put it back together again the way that it was, I opted to have someone come out and do it at my home for an additional cost.
Last week we had a gentleman come out to our home to replace the screen on our Phantom screen door, and give it a tuneup. I am so happy I called Solaris to come out and make my screen like new. Mission accomplished! Jackson was very friendly and went the extra mile by doing much more than I expected. What a wonderful gentleman, and a great experience. I would highly recommend!
Money well invested in what feels like a brand new Phantom Screen! Bravo Solaris and Jackson!

Amazing and extremely helpful folks!
I was referred to Solaris to assist with my out of town installation after unsuccessfully searching for help locally for months. The original installer had shut down and I was unfortunately left with a malfunctioning unit.
There was no obligation to help (especially since I am out of town and it wasn't their installation) but they ended up providing a ton of useful information to resolve my issue. Simply above and beyond!
Highly highly highly recommend!

I had a roof installed covering my existing Patio. Our house is over 50 years old and the windows are right up against the soffit which made it difficult to attach a roof. Solaris installed the roof by attaching it to the fascia board. The height is amazing. The experience with the salesmen, engineer and installation crew was amazing!! The way the louvres are installed to open and close is impressive. The soft lighting with the ability to dim them or make them bright enough to light up my whole backyard is stunning. Highly recommend Solaris to make your backyard the envy of the neighbourhood!

What an Outstanding Experience with
Solaris. We were looking for an invisible
or Phantom Screen Door. Did our research
and found a few that were to our liking.
Looked upon their website and went in
to their Showroom. Met a Salesman who
was extremely helpful and went home and shared what I had gathered. Called into
the Office the next morning and arranged
an install which was smooth and fortunately the next morning.
Jackson came out and did a Fabulous
Job and we were so happy with the results
my wife decided she wanted one in the
back as well. We called and arranged another install and he came for the
back door. Everything went super and
great once again, though Jackson
wasn’t quite satisfied with the completed
assembly, so asked if he could come
back out the next day. He did come back
the next afternoon and completed the
install and it was dynamite and bang-on.
I cannot thank Jackson and his Team for the care and Precision in installation and
maintaining a high standard of Product and Workmanship.

We had 2 phantom doors and an awning installed in our home. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Before even going to their office, we were given an estimate almost immediately after making an online request. The work was done on time as promised, and we were kept abreast of the timing as the work progressed. The office staff were great to deal with. The installers were on time, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. They took time to explain the operation of the products and made sure that we were happy before they left the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Solaris to friends and family. As a matter of fact, I already have recommended a fried who will be following up with Solaris to buy an awning.
