After comparing prices with other Water Conditioner companies, I choose Soft Water Nevada. The owner, Eric Blum, explained to me in layman terms about their products. And what I needed for my home. What I appreciate is that Eric was honest about my needs. And he didn't try to up sell me a water filter system that I didn't need. Installation was performed by Izzy. And he installed the water conditioner and the R/O system in a timely manner. Also. Izzy took the time to explain to me how to work it, which was quite easy. So yes, I highly recommend Soft Water Nevada in a heartbeat!

Soft Water was excellent from start to finish. Eric on the phone was super helpful and answered all my questions without any pressure. They were able to come out the same day to install a water softener and water filter, and the difference is huge. It’s the best water I’ve had since moving into the house. No upselling, no ridiculous costs, just honest, professional work. I’m a very happy customer and don’t regret choosing them at all. Highly recommend!

After doing extensive research, I went with Soft Water Nevada for my Custom DB water Softener and for a replacement Reverse Osmosis. I chose the system based on the detailed information I received from Eric. I had no drain on the side of my garage with the water shut off valve and water heater, so extra plumbing was required across my garage to the washing machine drain. Soft Water NV included the price of the plumbing in the total cost where other companies charged extra. The installers arrived within a day and were a bit early for the appointment. They worked quickly to install both units, had respect for my property and left no mess behind. I have been very pleased with both units and with Eric’s excellent guidance.

Eric explained to me the importance of having a soft water in Las Vegas, he also gave me information regarding the contaminants found in the water that are harmful when you have an infant in your household. Eric, will not force you into buying his water softener system, because after our call, I told him that I would still like to shop around and will just call him back. After few weeks of shopping around, I called back Eric and purchased the Custom DB. Installation was very quick and very professional; I also like how they add a water spigot which will be very handy when I need access to a water in the garage. I would recommend Soft Water Nevada to my friends. Thanks again Eric!

I found soft water Nevada in yelp looking for a soft water maintenance company for my water softener. We just moved to Henderson and noticed that the water quality was really tough out here . Called Eric to ask about service and he gave me a thorough explanation of the tap water situation in the Las Valley I did not hesitate and said get me a whole house water system. His technicians came the next day installed and our home water is a 180 degree improvement from what we had before smooth clear delicious soft water best decision I ever made made - no more itchy skin after we shower my wife is happy - get rid of your old softener and get a system from Eric!

100 % Satisfied with my h2o softener as well my drinking water system. Eric was so helpful and customer service is on point. Must have in Las Vegas.
