Excellent customer service and quality. The owner came out twice to clean the roof and make sure all the stains were removed. The roof looks new. I would use Northeasts services again without question.

Don't trust this guy. He recently ripped me off on Facebook market. Bought a truck from him on Facebook market that he said ran fine but didn't tell me it wouldn't go in reverse. Luckily I can afford to sue him. I would just like to stop him before he preys on someone who might have spent there last dollars on a truck that wouldn't get them to work the next day.

Hired Josh from Northeast Softwash & Lawn care several times now and has been nothing but a great experience. On time, clean and organized, great work ethics. He takes great pride in his work. Started off by hiring him for some gutter clean out and removed several outdated satellite dish units from my roof. He works safe and communicates well so that everyone is on the same page as to what work is going to be performed. 2nd job I had him do was a complete house and gutter wash. He works systematically and had it finished and looking new in no time. Kind, courteous and trustworthy professional, will be using his services again in the future.

My experience dealing with Josh from northeast Softwash was excellent. From the first quote until today, every interaction has been ideal. He sent the quote and did exactly what he said. No upselling or changing quotes. The exterior of house had been neglected for 2 years. Green siding, cob webs and dirt. Josh got every single area clean and sparkling. I have referred him and will continue to call him for any house need. He was professional and prompt! I like his job so much I gave his info to my mom and grandma!
