Pretty sure this is a scam website Pretty sure this is a scam website. Purchased a MS365 Family license and never received it. They sent me a link to the digital code for the yearly subscription, but the link states, "invalid link." Wrote them several times but they only say "hi" and never address the issue. Now my order says "On Hold" for the last three weeks. Their website says they're based in Casper, Wyoming, however they only reply in the middle of the night...during Chinese working hours. My guess is that this is an overseas scam site designed to look real with a made-up American business address. Avoid. I'm working with my credit card company to get this refunded back to me.

Scammers I bought Windows 365 Family, and the email link they provided didn’t include any download options for the software. After repeatedly emailing the company, all they kept saying was that “it’s in the email,” even though I clearly told them the link in the email comes up completely blank. They also failed to provide the license number for the product. I’m convinced the person running this company can’t communicate in proper English, and every conversation with them just goes in pointless circles. After searching online, I found out that many other buyers have had the exact same issues and have even accused this company of being scammers. Their phone number doesn’t work, and the address they list is just a shell used by multiple shady companies. I’m extremely frustrated and feel like I’ve been scammed. If this happens to you call your credit card company to dispute purchase.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE INVALID DOWNLOAD LINK, BOGUS TECH HELP PHONE NUMBER, NO RESPONSE FROM TECH SUPPOORT (PROBABLY DOES NOT EXIST). COMPLETE, UTTER, TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BE SWINDLED, DO NOT BE A FOOL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE HAD TO GIVE THIS SCAM A STAR, ELSEWISE WOULD NOT POST REVIEW.

Useless Vendor A complete fraud. Ordered 3 copies of Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus. None of the supplied keys work. The software download link in the invoice form is dead. No response to multiple email messages. Run away fast!

Not legit When I ordered software from this company I was provided with unusable download link. They refused to refund my payment and finally had to get a chargeback from my bank. These people are nothing but scammers and crooks.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat 2020 - Lifetime License and paid very easily with my credit card. I received two emails from the company one being the invoice/receipt. Both emails did not included any download link or instructions on how to obtain the application download. I wrote my message on the website but no reply. Shop elsewhere (at a reputable vendor) even if you have to pay more for the product.

Scam - don't buy anyling I bought an digital download of Adobe Acrobat and did not get an email link with a download link. Their chat function is non functional, phone # goes to voice. Their website has dead links on it. Muy credit card was charged. I will report it to my credit card company. There seemed to be a number of good reviewsbut I now think they are fake.

Scammers and not letit This website is a complete scam. I used it to order office 2021. I paid for my license and they sent me a code that had already been redeemed. They tried to tell me it I mistyped the key, which is wrong because its a simple copy paste and I also checked it many times. Save yourself the headache and your credit card company a fraud case and stay away. Also company claims they are in WY. They were answering emails at 4 am WY time. Everything about them is a lie

Product Purchased as Advertised I was frustrated at first when I realized that I did not have my software key for a product I purchased and so I started the blame game but In all honesty, I was the one at fault because upon intial purchase the key was sent to me and the software worked seamlessly. I purchased Office 2021 and followed the download instructions which where very clear. I then found my key (IT was in Spam Folder so check your spam folder) input the key and everything worked as it should. Thanks,
