Product Purchased as Advertised
I was frustrated at first when I realized that I did not have my software key for a product I purchased and so I started the blame game but In all honesty, I was the one at fault because upon intial purchase the key was sent to me and the software worked seamlessly. I purchased Office 2021 and followed the download instructions which where very clear. I then found my key (IT was in Spam Folder so check your spam folder) input the key and everything worked as it should. Thanks,
