Michael and Jackson were very professional. Requested for chemical wash and overhaul for my aircon units but was advised that it was not necessary. Instead they recommended a cheaper option, just normal cleaning for the cleaner units and treatment for 1 unit. They also checked the outdoor condenser unit and found that it was not screwed properly during installation. Before and after photos were provided throughout the process. They were very fast and managed to complete all 4 units within an hour. Michael was very polite and friendly as well. Prices were transparent and provided upfront before they started servicing. Overall very satisfied with their service and will engage them again.

Michael and his team is very professional and experienced. Michael inspected my air con units and recommended which ones needed and didnt need servicing or treatment. He also pointed out that because my condensor had never been chemical washed before, it caused problems such as gas leak and "squeeze" which were exactly as per my experience. Overall, professional, well executed service. Grateful to Michael and team for the service and recommendations! Thumbs up! (Photos show before and after treatment)

Excellent service from Kelson and Shun! I recently engaged SoCool Pte. Ltd., for an air conditioning overhaul, and the service provided by Kelson and Shun was outstanding. They arrived exactly on time and were incredibly thorough with the entire process. They explained what the overhaul involved, were professional and tidy while working, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.
