Absolutely brilliant service from a great team of people once again they assisted me in my airsoft needs. It makes sense to ask as then I only buy what is needed and not what I think is right. I was blown away by the variety and quality of the stock they have. I also have to give great praise to Matt who was incredibly helpful and insightful. He showed us around, discussed options with us and genuinely got me excited about getting into the hobby. Went in to do some fact finding before testing the waters with my first airsoft game. Aidan took the time to walk me around the shop answering my questions, giving advice from his own experience, finding some starting kit for me, and generally being a great help. Exactly what I needed to get started. Will be returning as soon as I have my UKARA number to get my own gun.

Bought 10 multi bangs at a cost of £60 turns up completely wet inside the bag which was left on my step, rang them and sent photos telling them the problem was fobbed off and was told to use them and so I’ve used them only 2 worked, rang them back again and was told they were unable to do anything not happy 😡😡

friend and myself purchased an SRC rifle and both had a lot of issues with the build and gun failures on its first use at a site. took it back and they helpfully fixed my issue with the gun with no hassle. Staff felt quite condescending at the start but after a few visits they warmed up and helped me out big time.
