Hi Misha, I just wanted to say thank you for all your help organising the lessons. If you would be good enough to thank Denis and Patrick too. Denis is a lovely guy and did a superb job teaching Daisy to ski and Jack to board. Daisy also found Patrick funny and very much enjoyed her lessons with him. I’m so impressed how far she came. On the Friday afternoon and all day Saturday she insisted I took her on l'Aiguille. I think she ski’d on every red run except Toboggan. I didn’t expect she could become that capable so quickly. Hopefully we will see you again next year.

We were absolutely delighted to find SnoCool - it was the perfect flexible solution for us. Having had a phobia of ski school as a young g child myself and being left alone with strangers who couldn’t speak English for long mornings following other kids who also couldn’t ski while the family were off having fun, I was determined not to put my only daughter through that! Delighted to find a flexible option not knowing how quickly our 13 year old daughter would pick up skiing and Mischa offered us two morning lessons to see how she got on. Great and convenient timings and she had a fantastic time with Daniel who taught her so much in just a few lessons! She was doing red runs by mid- week having never skied before! He helped her with tricky lifts and was funny and put her at ease. I then asked Misha for an impromptu morning lessons at the same time to help me get over my fear of morning skiing on ice and she immediately found me Marco who was fabulous! My husband joined us and he really helped us with or technique and helped me get down tricky slopes and to relax so I didn’t tire so easily! Very impressed with both instructors and the ease of booking and communication with Misha- so refreshing to find such a modern and super company! Will definitely be back and use SnoCool again please! Thanks for ensuring we had a fantastic holiday.

Hi Misha. We have just come back from a wonderful week skiing and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to your fantastic team. My daughter had the most brilliant week with Daniel for her 2 hour private lessons each day. She started the week without ever wearing ski boots! To finish the end of week doing the red runs and having a go going off piste. Daniel was just amazing and she learnt so much and has now got the skiing buzz! See you all next season. My husband and I had two private lessons (two hours each day) with Giovanni. We had a fantastic time. Gio was super friendly, approachable, and patient. He showed us how to improve our skills, but also reminded us to have fun—you often forget about that when you're trying to focus on learning. Thank you, Misha, for arranging it for us. We had a blast!

If you ever need a splitboard/freeride guide, remember to ask for Nils. He is the man - very experienced and always picking the right lines. He knows where my comfort zone is, and provided encouragement, and pushed me beyond that constantly to build new skills, so never a dull moment. Had a fantastic four days in the off piste/backcountry zones, and shredded the best pow day of my life too during this trip.

It was my first time skiing in Tignes and after having lessons from different schools in other resorts in France, I wanted to try a different school. Snocool were amazing from start to finish. Misha was very quick to respond and very helpful when organising lessons for myself. I was able to create bespoke lessons which suited my needs perfectly. Daniel was my instructor and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! As an intermediate skier I wanted to improve my technique and my confidence on harder and steeper slopes. He took me on lots of different types of slopes and he was very good at explaining and showing me what I needed to do to improve as well as giving me further tips to work on away from our lessons. I felt like I learnt a lot, not only about actually skiing but with general knowledge on the slopes and the different recommendations for skis and boots. I had a lot of fun with Daniel and felt like I improved massively not only with my technique but confidence. I would 100% recommend Snocool for anyone looking for lessons in the area. Hopefully I will be back in Tignes soon and have lessons with you again ! Thank you Daniel and the Snocool team :) Mollie :)

I had a two hour lesson with Christel in St Foy last week. She was very understanding of my anxieties and needs and her patience paid off. I had the best mornings ski in a long time the day after the lesson. I had more confidence and Christel gave me so much to think about, to regain skills and correct longstanding poor skills. I had a very enjoyable lesson in Tignes with Daniel. It was really helpful in building my confidence and he gave me some good technical tips that have helped me feel more in control on steeper pistes and has given me things to keep working on. He also gave a lot of good advice on equipment - I took his advice and upgraded my rental skis which also made a difference in my skiing. Thanks to his help I was happy riding red pistes across Tignes & Val D'Isere today. Thank you so much 😄

-Snowboard lessons- For the second year in a row, my boyfriend and I came back for a few hours of lessons and had another great experience. Last year we had Fred, who was great, and this year Patrick, whom we can’t praise enough. He’s someone who truly knows how to pass on knowledge in a clear and effective way. On top of that, he’s friendly, incredibly patient, and very understanding. A phenomenal instructor in every sense of the word. By far the best ski school in Ste. Foy. Small groups combined with top-notch teaching. Not only did our daughter's technique hugely improve but her confidence too. Most importantly, she had fun and really enjoyed it! Although she loved the skiing, our daughter was very nervous about other skiers around her, after being skied into last year. Joelle's approach meant that not only did her technique improve hugely but her encouragement meant that she got so much more out of it, so by the end of the week she was able to relax and really enjoy the slopes. We 100% recommend SnoCool.

We had Denis Rose for 2 different sessions for both older kids and beginners from 6-7 years. With both groups he showed endless patience - particularly with the little ones. The weather was particularly snowy and windy. Lifts were closed one of the days but Denis still persevered with them on the learning slopes. We are very grateful and highly recommend Snocool as we’re very responsive to all my enquiries. Misha was fantastic at organising all our lessons.

Pierre was a fantastic teacher to our 2 boys age 5 and 7 who were skiing for the first time. They progressed really well over the week and they really enjoyed the lessons with him. We were very impressed with Snocool organisation and Misha’s responsive communication. We’re hoping to come back to Saint Foy and will definitely book with Snocool again!
