Terrible customer service. The guy on the phone had an attitude of a 15 year old girl that has been told she can't go to the party, then proceeded to put the phone down on me.

Hi John, as I explained on the phone our terms are clear when booking and telling me that you’ll leave a bad review and calling at 4pm when the show time is 9pm does not allow us time to resell your tickets as this take time to process. So yes I put the phone down as there was no point explaining why we can’t allow you to move your show to another due to having an illness, at booking you agree to our terms.

BEST DATE NIGHT EVER The magic and comedy show was absolutely brilliant. Had me laughing from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend more. Jaie Blunt and Rich Newman were the comedy magicians for the night. They were so funny and so interactive. Get to the show early to be sat front row, it was the best

Fun comedy/magic show, intimate venue with jazz club decor vibes. Staff all friendly and approachable, mark and jai were brilliantly interactive with audience and the pizza was lush. Planning a repeat visit.

Great evening! Really enjoyed the magic, laughs and atmosphere created by Jaie Blunt and Mark Bennett. Can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there, but it did look good coming out. A star drop for service as we were ignored by a member of staff (stood around, not busy) while waiting for the hostess. It would have been courteous to say the hostess was busy and take a drink order. It was becoming awkward until another member of staff spoke to us. A great date venue - just be prepared to participate and be roasted! 😁

Please don’t miss this show Amazingly good and funny Well what can I say Jaie was great and for someone who is quite new to magic he acquitted himself admirably then came Mark and I have to say he was as funny as hell with a great finale trick.It was very well organised got our drinks and was shown into the venue in good time . The price was a giveaway we paid £21 for us both the pizza and chips were lovely the venue was very small but absolutely perfect for this gig all in all I’d recommend everyone to go and see this show even if you don’t like magic your guaranteed to have a great time

Excellent - would highly recommend. We went with friends to the 9pm comedy and magic show. The whole experience was excellent. The show was fantastic with great magic and comedy. Both magicians were really funny - as well as being excellent magicians. The audience participation was hilarious too. We stayed for the live music in the bar after the show too which again was excellent. Great atmosphere all round and a great fun night. Would highly recommend.
