Came in with an emergency from a AAA tow and they honored my membership discount and got the job done right with a generous guarantee. Since it was an emergency and I did not have an appointment I did have to wait a few days but if the shop is that busy, then you know they’re good. I’ve already recommended them to a personal friend with the same van as mine too

I have used Smithwest exclusively for all my auto repairs and services for the past several years. They are responsive to all my auto needs and concerns. Angelo and his team provide excellent service And timely repairs. There was another side that I witnessed when I was there earlier this week. I watched the manager help a senior citizen by patiently explaining what was needed today to their complete satisfaction and understanding. It is this personal touch that is solely missing in the majority of businesses today. Too often the server or manager will not take the time to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied and understands what is needed and this was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you Cassandra for helping that man and I am sure many others like him. SmithWest is lucky to have someone like you representing them.

Here is an honest review. 1. I have had my vehicle serviced there a few times. They have provided outstanding and prompt service each time. 2. They are not cheap; but neither has the services they provided. Like everything in this life, everything has value. If you place more value in getting the job done right the first time, no aggravation, a transparent transaction and the competence of being able to handle a slew of complex issues, then this is your shop. If you're looking for a cheap oil change, a discounted battery or no name tires, this is probably not your shop. I don't go to them for all of my service needs as my income forces me to find "deals", but when I have a rattle, a leak or an issue that other shops would scratch their head at, this is the shop I bring my vehicle to. I also like that they provide a good warranty, although I've never needed it.
