I like this store where it has parts for outdoor equipment. I have to give it 2 stars though, because I walked in and the thing is that there was nobody asking me hello mam "What can I help you find ?". there were 3 Hispanic men who were just standing around doing nothing whereas one of them could at least ask me if they can help me find something while the other 2 were checking out at the registers. It was about 10 or 15 minutes or longer that I had to wait around.I don't know who the manager is but Mr Manager you need to tell those just standing around to do a better job performance and attend a customer or customers, and ask what you can help them with, that's the way your business can grow and the people would want to come back to your store. I hope that next time I walk in things will look much better, because us the customers are looking and OBSERVING how one is treated when they walk in the store and that should be so important to Mr Manager.
Brian, Adam, Danny, and dalton are literally the best. Had an issue with a mower that was relatively urgent, and was quickly walked through the issue and was told exsctley what the issue was. Service was super super fast. They know their stuff up at SMITH!!! If you ever need anything, 10/10 recommend these guys- whether it’s for a new mower, or having equipment serviced. Thanks again guys!

Just picked up a new S18 Walker Mower from Smiths Outdoor and had a great experience. I traded in my Gravely compact pro 44 because I wanted one with a grass catcher. Adam was a great salesman. Hooked me up with a ridiculously heavy duty Walker mower. This mower means business! Adam was very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. Christian was awesome and got me taken care of quickly. Went and got straight to business, found the mower that I wanted and then it was a very smooth transaction from there. Got all the paper work done in less then an hour and had my brand new mower delivered to my house. Would defiantly recommend using them for all your lawn mowing needs.

Unfortunately I can’t give a 0.5 rating on the service department. Dropped off a husky 345 chainsaw for a simple fuel line replacement. After waiting 3 weeks told parts still on order. At four weeks I was told the part was in and I was up next to be repaired. Week # FIVE NOW ! Dropped by Monday morning to find out the chainsaw with a simple fuel line ( A freakin rubber line) I’m told now the part isn’t in !!!!!

I apologize for the inconvenience. We do really strive to be the best service provider. Unfortunately that rubber line is a specially molded line for that model and us not being a Husqvarna dealer these parts can some times take a bit longer to come in.
Good luck getting them to answer their phones. Parts that was supposed to be in 3 days ago only arrived this morning when I actually went there to check because they would never answer the phone. I dont think its just a coincidence. I dont see how they have a high rating. You would think they would care about their customers , especially when its a business that brings them business 🙄
