I used to love my teeth and smile, even the hygienists anywhere I went would compliment that I had beautiful teeth. The doctor definitely made me very self conscious about my teeth even after asking me the question if I liked how my teeth were and I said yes and proceeded to tell me I should get veneers or apply bonding to them. After that I kept noticing small little unnecessary things thinking this is something I should do. I stopped going there. I didn’t get any work done there I went to another dentist a year later and asked if they could do bonding because I was so conscious about my teeth now, and honestly they ruined my teeth and the outcome was a disaster on teeth that didn’t need to be shaved down or added to. I literally want to cry every time I see my old pictures of my natural teeth because they were beautiful and were my pride. Luckily
Now I go to an understanding dentist and hope to get my teeth fixed with them to get it back to how they USED to look naturally. I hate leaving bad reviews but will do so if I feel there can be improvement on customer service, the low review is to show how words are very crucial and how they can mentally hurt someone.

Terrible experience with this Dentist - When you think you have had a bad experience, multiply that by 4000. All comments/opinions made by the Dentist are aimed at making you feel like you're terrible, neglectful and have ruined your teeth by having any food, period. If I wanted a nutritionist, I obviously wouldn't be scheduling a dentist appt. After the appt, still without resolution to the main issue and now looking for a competent, well mannered professional... complete opposite of Hanna Mansoor.
I had VERY large mandibular tori. I researched the methods of removal. Waterlase provides much faster recovery. Smiles by Hanna did a great job. I have PTSD and the bedside manner of this all female staff was naturally comforting. I felt like I was being cared for by mothers and sisters. I’ve healed much faster than I expected. They told me my tori was one of the largest they have removed. I didn’t have insurance and had to pay out-of-pocket. This was even more reason for me to make sure that my choice was the right one. It was. I can breathe and swallow correctly again and I’m sleeping much better and have no more pain. I drove over 20 hours one way to be taken care of by this establishment. My only complaint was that their office is surrounded by amazing restaurants, all within a ten minute drive. After my surgery, I couldn’t enjoy the great food in the area. I’ll have to go back for a vacation. You won’t regret your decision to use Hannah and her skilled staff for major dental needs.

I had a lot of cavities after not going to the dentist for several years because I was so nervous about dentist visits. They were able to help me overcome this nervousness by offering the option of sedation. Because of the sedation I was calm enough that I was able to get all pf my cavities filled in one appointment. I really appreciated how kind the staff was and how they took care of me when I was frightened.

Dr. Hanna has been my dentist for many years and I have always been happy with the dental work she has done for me. The latest work involved 2 crowns on front teeth with perfect fit and color matching. I am so pleased with the results.

I agree with all the one star reviews that the front desk ladies and nurses are super nice, but the doctor is opposite. Although she is smiling and talking to you with lovely voice, her words are quite shocking. She said “Nowadays shoes are all made in China. They are bad, difficult to wear!” After she said that, I spoke Chinese loudly, and hope she could stop that kind of comments. Unfortunately she continued. She did say hi to me, so she definitely noticed that I was speaking Chinese. She is either ignorant or really hates Chinese shoes. I don’t want to elevate the topic to racism or discrimination, but as a Chinese, I’ll stop visiting this site again.

Hello George, sorry you felt offended by the comments made about the shoes. We were discussing comfort made by lether shoes Vs. synthetic shoes. This was just our opinion has nothing to do with dentistry. This has nothing to do with the Chinese people, we love all nationalities and have friends who are Chinese. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding.
Really great process… they walk you through everything really well and is very relaxing given the circumstances and you don’t feel anything. Overall was awesome.

Hands down the best dentist EVER! Dr. Mansoor is more than a dentist, she’s an artist. She went above and beyond to give me my desired smile. She’s incredibly kind and patient. Also, she has the most amazing staff. You’ll definitely have fun at her office! I highly highly recommend Dr. Mansoor for all your oral health needs.

I regret to inform potential customers that my experience at Smiles by Hanna was profoundly disappointing and concerning. I feel compelled to share this to alert fellow community members, especially government and military personnel who, like myself, expect integrity and professionalism.
I initially visited Smiles by Hanna with high expectations, enticed by their offerings of advanced 3D smile design technology. Unfortunately, what I received was a far cry from professional standards. After paying $2,851.60, including exhausting my dental coverage of $2,500, I was rushed through fillings that caused significant pain on my trips to and from Washington. Additionally, I was provided only a PDF file of static images titled '[my name] Full Upper + Lower Wax-up". This presentation does not meet the definition of a "3D design" in any professional context within the dental industry. A genuine 3D design should be an interactive, manipulable model allowing detailed inspection from multiple angles — essential for visualizing the result of dental work.
Further adding to the frustration, my concerns have been met with a lack of response from the office. After several communications, including a final detailed letter outlining the issues and requesting a resolution or refund, I have yet to receive a satisfactory reply or acknowledgment. This silence is unacceptable and unprofessional, reflecting poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction and care.
For those considering dental services, I strongly urge you to reconsider your options. Quality care and communication are fundamental in healthcare, and unfortunately, Smiles by Hanna has shown a deficit in both. My experience underscores a concerning lack of accountability and quality in their services. I have informed colleagues and fellow service members of these practices, hoping to prevent others from similar disappointments. Please proceed with caution and look for establishments that value and uphold the standards of their industry.
I will continue to network and actively share my experience regarding this establishment to ensure that others are well-informed before deciding to seek their services.

Dear Frank, we tried too hard to resolve this in a fair and amicable way but failed. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business.
I have been a Dental Hygienist for 18 years and went in for a cleaning and exam. First off they wanted to do a deep cleaning which I really didnt need. I just wanted a regular cleaning they wouldnt do that but did do a "cleaning in presence of inflammation" which was basically nothing at all. Said they ran my insurance and I wouldnt owe anything for the cleaning. Which I was like fine I can deal with a crappy cleaning if im not paying. Then I get a bill, call them and they wont stick to what they said. Anyway I left there with basically an estimate for dental work for thousands (which was extremely over priced) and my teeth no more clean than when I came. I feel sorry for people that really dont know what they should expect.

The expectation for me to lay out thousands of dollars right away was bizarre and scammy. Very pushy and overpriced. They will not submit insurance for you and they expect you to do it yourself. I found out today after speaking to my insurance that they are out of network so I will not be getting a reimbursement for almost 2000 dollars. They should have been more informative and helpful.

The hygienists and office workers are very kind, patient, and helpful. Dr Mansoor was the opposite. She lacks empathy and patience with nervous patients. When I asked to just reschedule my Botox appt to the following week she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her. (I’m talking sighs and throwing hands in the air out of frustration) I felt very pressured to do it that day but I stuck to my guns and didn’t. After that reaction, I no longer trusted her with performing the injection so I cancelled that appt. I did go back 2 weeks later to pick up my mouthguard and the hygienist said they were going to get Dr Mansoor to take a look at it and make sure it fit right. This is a small office, I overheard the conversation of Dr Mansoor saying “I definitely don’t want to see her” I don’t recommend this establishment but want to reiterate how kind the rest of the staff was!

Update: I recently got my wisdom tooth pulled....omg! The longest part of the process was just getting me numb and calming my anxiety....she pulled that tooth out in 5mins! I have been coming here for 2yrs and every appointment is good! The staff is amazing, the care is personalized, and provider is excellent! They used laughing gas on me.....but honestly nothing was funny 😁.
