I have been going to Patrick for many years and always feel confident that I will get the appropriate treatment in a caring and professional way. It is also reassuring to know that should I need an emergency appointment, one will be found for me. Helen (hygienist) is a delight and I really enjoy seeing her every 3 months. Yes, I consider my Denplan payment a very good investment.

Though their dentist Patrick is away on sabbatical, I was left in good hands when it comes to that 6-month check-up. His replacement Holly looked after me and able to spend time in examining and taking steps in preventive care. A small procedure took place that was painless to eliminate a future possibility of decay. Certainly in time, if I’d ignored her advice, anything other than ‘painless’ would have been the outcome. A big thank you to all.

Scheduled double appointment for a new crown went very smoothly. Initial appointment to prepare the tooth and use the sophisticated equipment so that the crown could be made. An hour later the crown had been made and I was back in the chair to have it fitted. In no time at all the crown was in place and I was on my way home. Excellent treatment from a professional and experienced team.
As usual, the treatment on my last visit to Backwell Dental Care was friendly and professional. Regular checks seem to be the best way to keep expensive dental work to a minimum.
