I love this place. Everyone from the moment I walk in always greets me with a sincere smile. The doctor is great and answers all of my questions. The techs that work on my teeth are terrific. I feel they really care and aren’t just there for the money.
I highly recommend this dental office.

I had a fantastic experience at Smile by Design in San Clemente! While on vacation in California, my son’s braces wire started poking him, causing discomfort. We called and made an appointment just before walking into their office at 390 Camino De Estrella. The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The orthodontist quickly noticed the wire had shifted entirely and, instead of just cutting it, expertly shifted it back into place, fixing the issue with care and precision. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the process seamless. Highly recommend Smile by Design for their top-notch service and expertise!
I’ve known Dr. Asil for some time, and recently brought my son to Smile Design after he needed a crown following a root canal. Because of his age, I wanted to be sure he received the best care, and Smile Design is known for their showcase-quality work.
Dr. Asil was fast, efficient, and precise in preparing the tooth and taking digital impressions. My son even remarked that the shots were quick and painless.
The office itself is spotless, modern, and easy to access with convenient parking. We were seen promptly at our scheduled time, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The paperwork was simple, and the fees were very reasonable.

I absolutely LOVE this dentist and his entire team. The dentist is great ,honest, and he only wants what's best for his patients. He's not going to upsell you on a service or product you simply don't need.
From the moment you walk in the office they greet you at the front desk happily. They seriously seem to enjoy helping you. We currently live in a time where customer service is terrible but it's not that way here.
All of the techs that work on you are wonderful from the gentleman that cleans my teeth to the radiologist.
With everything around us is turning into large corporations where you're simply a number I feel so blessed to have found Smile Design Dental Group where I am treated as an individual and not part of the herd.

You would be hard pressed to find a dental office providing a cleaner environment, a more courteous front desk, or qualified staff. Dr Asil is a true professional focused on improving the health and appearance of his patients teeth while maintaining the highest comfort level possible. After moving out of the area I’ve been unable to find an office that compares to Dr Asil’s expertise, and I’ll gladly make the 2 hr drive for the confidence of knowing I’m in good hands.
