My experience today at Smile Concept Dental was exceptional. I was treated by the wonderful and kind dentist, Tahmina, along with her lovely assistant, Charmi. They always welcome me so warmly every time I come in for my visits. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get dental work done.
I was granted the opportunity to shadow Dr Manish and the rest of the team after expressing my interest in dentistry. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. I am so grateful for the new knowledge and experiences that I have gained from such highly trained individuals!
The most amazing team, seamless experience. charmi and Dr Angie have been looking after me for the last few months (I had a tooth extraction and Invisalign) and I cannot say enough amazing things about them!

I was really anxious and stressed before getting my wisdom tooth removed at Smile Concepts, but Dr. Shah completely changed my experience. I was lying there thinking the procedure hadn’t even started — then Dr. Shah said, “It’s done!” and I literally laughed because I couldn’t believe it.
The whole process was quick, gentle, and honestly so much easier than I expected. The staff were comforting and supportive the entire time, which helped calm my nerves.
If you’re nervous about wisdom teeth removal, I strongly recommend Smile Concepts and Dr. Shah. They truly make it a simple and stress-free experience.

The Best Decision I Made for My Smile
I had my teeth straightening treatment done at Smile Concepts with Dr. Manish Shah, and I can truly say it changed my life. I didn’t just get straighter teeth I got my smile and my confidence back.
Before treatment, I was always hiding my smile or avoiding photos. Dr. Manish Shah listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and guided me through the whole journey with so much patience and professionalism. His work is precise, gentle, and genuinely caring.
An extra thing I absolutely loved and something I’ve never seen anywhere else is that you can actually watch your favorite movie on the TV on the ceiling while lying back in the dental chair. It makes the whole experience so relaxing that you don’t even notice any discomfort.
The clinic itself is stunning, clean, and calming, and every single staff member treats you with kindness and respect. Each visit felt easy and comfortable.
Seeing my final results was honestly emotional. I finally have the smile I always wanted.

Absolutely Outstanding Clinic!
My mum recently had her dental implants done at Smile Concepts with Dr. Shah, and I have to say I’ve never seen a clinic like this in my entire life. The quality, professionalism, and genuine care are truly exceptional.
My mum has always been scared of dentistry, but Dr. Shah and the entire team made her feel completely at ease. She was under sedation, and when she woke up, she was amazed at how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. From the calm environment to the incredibly kind staff, everyone treats you like family.
If you’re looking for quality work, professionalism, and a team who truly cares, I definitely recommend Smile Concepts and Dr. Shah. They exceeded all our expectations.

I absolutely hate going to dentists mainly because it's painful and uncomfortable but wow what an experience. From the call to make an appointment, to video calling me cause I couldn't find the doc rooms (I'm bad with directions) to the screening and the "main event -injections, filling" cannot fault it and never experienced such great service at a dental surgery before. My main concern was injection and the Dr injected while distracting me and nurse holding my hand lol, was not as painful as I anticipated. Can't believe I'm saying this but I'm looking forward to have my whole mouth done at this establishment. Keep up the good work and service (all around - from start to finish). As Arnie says "I'll be back"... Lol

I had my regular check-up and clean at this clinic. I usually get quite nervous about suction and scraping due to my sensitive teeth, but Charmi and Annie were brilliant! They were able to calm me down and support me both before and during the clean. Charmi even kept me distracted, which made the experience so much easier. Highly recommend!

I have spent the last 5 years working with Dr Kinnar whilst undergoing major dental work. I can not thank him enough for his kindness, understanding and professionalism. I am a very nervous patient who has struggled with dentists since my uk school days. He and his team have worked with me and understood my fears and I now have a smile that I am proud of.
