5-Star Review for Edison – Computer Technician Extraordinaire (if I could give him higher stars - I would!)
I honestly can’t recommend Edison highly enough. Yesterday I made a huge mistake and accidentally deleted some incredibly important personal files from my computer—most heartbreakingly, years’ worth of photos of my children. I was absolutely distraught. I contacted Edison in a panic, and from the moment he picked up, he was calm, reassuring, and incredibly responsive.
He worked with me throughout the day, step by step, with incredible patience and professionalism. Not only did he manage to recover the files—I believe he got everything back!—but most importantly, he recovered the irreplaceable photos of my kids. I cannot describe the relief and gratitude I felt.
Edison is the kind of technician you hope to find but rarely do. He’s diligent, knowledgeable, efficient, and absolutely lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, no question was too silly, and he handled the entire situation with kindness, clarity, and care. He explained everything in simple terms, kept me updated throughout the process, and gave me total confidence in his abilities.
Dealt with it all very, very well—and I really mean that.
If you need someone trustworthy, professional, and genuinely invested in helping, Edison is your guy. I’m so grateful to him, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call on him again or to recommend him to friends and family.
