Brilliant - my 5 year old Wave hot tub heater/filter unit is back up and running beautifully and is also much quieter than before. Sent to Smalley Hot Tub services as filter would no longer switch on. Great communication, great service and all fixed. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted them as my wavespa pump was not working, hadn't been used for over a year. I sent the pump to them and they repaired it as good as new. The communication from start to finish was excellent and the turnaround was really quick even though Chris was poorly. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

The service provided by this team was fantastic. Lazyspa hydrojetpro heater pump was broke and leaking water, the team fixed the pump, quick turnaround, reasonably priced and offer a 12 month warranty (which is great!). The pump is working like new and it's saved me a lot of money either replacing the hot tub or buying a new pump. I will definitely be using their service in the future. Thanks Justine.

After no help from Wave spas at all.

Chris visited today and carried out a service on our hot tub and LED screen change. Absolute amazing work, and Chris also told me things I should be doing to look after our tub. Professional, friendly & trustworthy. Highly recommend, won’t be using anyone but Smalley Hot Tubs!

Highly highly recommend I rang this morning as my hot tub isn't heating properly and I am in it daily.
They managed to get to me this afternoon and get it working on a temporary solution while they looking at getting the part and to do a full service after Christmas.
I know it isn't much to most but having a stressful and full on job I use the hot tub to wind down and take time out and if I'd have had to go weeks without I would have been gutted.
They've really made my day and also so cost effective I cannot recommend enough
