Just save yourself the effort and call orkin. I always try to support local businesses so I chose this place two years ago. During one of our appointments the employee sprayed inside my garage including my kids toys. They were supposed to be spraying the perimeter of the house. We were outside, he could have asked us to close the garage door, he could have skipped it, instead he just kept spraying. It gets worse. I called and complained and was assured I’d get a call back. They never called me back. It gets worse. Again. Then they sent me a bill. I called and spoke to the owner and was assured I didn’t need to pay the bill. I canceled my service. It gets worse. they keep sending me this bill. Two years after I canceled my service. two years after I was told not to pay it. They still send the bill on occasion. it gets worse. I’ve tried calling multiple times but never get a call back.

I live by Woods. Every year we had problems with ants coming into out home as well as nasty hornets nests. Called 5 other companies about bees in my yard, a few companies told me I needed to find nest. I looked several times could not find and neither did the companies that came out. First Choice came out and looked, finally noticed bees hovered around wood pile. Treated yard, no more bees.

I tried at first to call another company to take care of the problem. The technician didn’t show up on the day scheduled. I then reached out to first choice. They said they would be out the next day. That day termininx decided to show up. Right around the same time as Roger from first choice. Roger came in with confidence and a professional approach unmatched by the tech from the other company. I was left with a choice. Although it was my second choice (pun intended) I went with Roger and I’m very pleased that I did. Roger was a real honest and caring person. Together we came up with a solution to fix the problem I was having with yellow jackets. I would never call anyone else after the experience I had with first choice. Thank you Roger. You were great and I’m positive that if anyone else from your company showed up I would be just as pleased with my choice.
