SLP was great. If I had to nit pick, I'd say once the settlement was reached and agreed on, Strategics response time back to me was dramatically noticeable. It took longer to respond to ky questions. Now I do understand there are probably a million other time sensitive cases pending, and my case was is the process of being settled, but I'd still like to be treated the same through this process until the actual settlement is in my account.
I'd still recommend SLP to anyone.

They were very transparent, allowing me to make decisions with a clear understanding of what my expectations should be and then proceeded to exceed them! (this review probably sounds fake, but its not...I had genuinely had a good experience)

Outstanding job by the team at SLP for my lemon law case. They took me in when no one else would and it all started by me reaching out to their flyer in the mail. I entrusted Strategic Legal Practices with my lemon law case involving my 2022 Audi e-tron GT, a vehicle that had repeated problems throughout my lease despite paying over $1,400 per month. After returning the car at the end of the lease and paying Audi for what they called “wear and tear,” I had only put 16,000 miles on the vehicle.
SLP initially communicated an offer from Audi of $10,000, but advised me to decline it and wait for a more appropriate settlement based on the extent of the issues I experienced. Since that time, several months have passed without a single update on my case.
When I call the office, I am either placed on hold indefinitely or disconnected. I have not received any communication about the status of my file, next steps, or what I should expect moving forward. At this point, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through and customer service. I trusted this firm to advocate for me, and I simply want transparency and an update on the case they agreed to handle.
