New bed Excellent service such helpful staff and was happy to through different options of how I would like my new bed. I'm thrilled with my choice gorgeous dark blue head board and blue around the box bed. Big draws which are nice and deep. Excellent quality worth every penny . You dont need to look anywhere else for beds and mattresses, this shop is fantastic. The service is great, there are no pushy sales people trying to upsell and add on expensive add ons, just pure honest staff that tell you what you need to know then leave you to browse at your leisure. Delivery was very quick, so no waiting 3 weeks or more from other shops, and the 2 guys delivering were polite, tidy and fast. Job well done guys, thank you.

Excellent service from the moment I entered the store in Dover until delivery of the bed a week later as promised. Nabeel was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. NO hard sell. He explained all the different mattresses and bases and I was allowed to take a pad of samples to match to the current headboard so very trusting. I bought the pillows and went back after delivery for the mattress protector. He also gave me discount and the bed was a gift for my daughter and her boyfriend and they have said how comfy the mattress is. There is a 60 day return/change guarantee. Thank you also to Chris and Ray who delivered the bed. They were courteous and respectful and put the bed together very quickly and efficiently. I’m so glad I bought local and an independent retailer. I have no hesitation in recommending the beds from here. Very quick delivery and kept to the earlier time I’d hoped for. Nabeel made me feel relaxed and grateful he didn’t do overbearing pushy salesman ship. A real gentleman and I’m grateful he helped me make the right choice. The bed looks great. Thank you SO much. X

Adjustable bed We were looking for a new bed for my elderly mum. Nabeel was very knowledgeable and helpful in going through all the different options for low beds and adjustable beds. He kept in touch with us throughout regarding days of delivery etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was on time, even helping with the old bed. Would not hesitate in ordering again in future. Highly recommend.
