The sleep guide bundle has all the information I was after. Upon starting to read the guide I had a few questions regarding my babies sleep. As I read further my questions were answered throughout. The E Book and the PDF version are perfect for when you want to swap between reading and listening.
The tips in this guide are super handy, I love that it's not forcing a strict one size fits all for baby sleep. But, addressing numerous different factors and sleep needs. Also, love that this is not a guide that pushes the "cry it out" method, rather accepting a hands on approach is perfectly fine if thats what our babies need. There are practical tips on how to slowly get your baby to settle without leaving them to cry.
Highly recommended! Being a 0-6 guide it will be one that will be referred to many many times.

We were recommended to Iva by 2 close friends and I was very lucky to get a space at short notice as Iva gets booked up well in advanced. In just a few days our little ones sleep has improved in a way I couldn’t have imagined. We went from co sleeping every night with wakeups every 2h to sleeping in his cot waking for 1 feed. What’s great is the flexibility we have now, thanks to Iva we are not forced to do all naps at home- we can use pram carrier or whatever we need. Honestly I could not recommend her more strongly, it has been wonderful to have her work with us these past few days!

I have been reading the e-book and wow! So much knowledge has been put into this for ages 0-6 years old! As a mother of a 2 year old and 2 month old I appreciate having all this laid out for me and written out so well. The sleep guide is easy to follow and broke down into so many helpful sections. As a mom of a 5 month and 2 year old, I cannot recommend this guide enough! Especially for parents struggling with baby sleep! I am so unbelievable impressed with this sleep guide!! When it said 0-6years I figured it was just a method that could be used children up to the age of 6. There are individual tracks for each milestone! Which means I can listen depending on what age my baby and toddler is at for that stage. Honestly brilliant👌🏼👌🏼
I'm only 30 pages and I already love the Sleep Guide Bundle! What really is standing out to me is that it doesn't just hop right in speaking about the baby, it caters to the parent and makes sure that we are caring for ourselves and are in a healthy space! I think this is so vital when caring for others, especially a young life! A section that sticks out to me is where she talks about control and how we can't control exactly when our baby falls asleep, but we can control things like how we feel about sleep, where they sleep, the environment, and how we respond! That is such a great perspective! I am really enjoying the information so far when it comes to how I approach sleep with my 11-week-old.
Our son was 15 months old and for the past few months he refused to sleep in his crib. We had Iva come for the first couple of months to take the stress out and guide our Cosmo to sleep in his bed. On the first night it took him 22 minutes to go down, last night in less then a week, we managed to get gum asleep within 3 minutes. It's worth it!
Wow, absolutely amazing experience!! We have an almost two year old, who has been struggling with sleep on and off for the past couple of months. We kept putting it down to teething, but when it didn't improve, we knew we needed to do something about it.
I ordered Iva's amazing guide, and within a few days we noticed a difference - in terms of the time he goes to sleep, and how well he sleeps through the night.
We're now a week in, and have seen a marked difference - he naps better in the day time, he sleeps much better at night. We are still working on him falling asleep in the evening, but I know we can get there thanks to this guide.

I have got the sleeping guide bundle and i loved Ivas approach. I have never been much into “sleeping coaching ” but i found her method very gentle and mindful for mum and baby! I love she makes sure mum is okay too and is aware of our mother instincts, as theres no way i would leave my baby to cry out, and her approach is very much the opposite of that! We are still in the process but we have made progress from 7 to 8 awakenings in the night to 2!!! which is already a win for me! 🤍🤍🤍 highly recommend!!
I worked with Iva to help sleep train my eight month old little boy. Due to a combination of teething, illness and separation anxiety a few months ago I had resorted to co-sleeping, but as a result he only slept in my bed (enjoying an all you can eat boob-buffet) throughout the night and he wouldn’t settle or sleep at night without me next to him.
As a result, I was having to go to bed with him so I had no evening to myself and he was staying up later than ideal. I was also suffering with hip and back ache. After much deliberation, I decided it was time to sleep train. As a solo mother by choice I knew there would be tough times but doing this on my own felt too difficult. After a positive initial call with Iva I booked her in-person sleep training for four nights.
Iva was knowledgeable, calm, reassuring and flexible. She made me feel at ease and my little boy (and dog) were pleased to see her every evening. She used a gentle but firm approach and after a few tough / long bedtimes and wake ups in the first few days helped us to get him to enjoy a full nights's sleep in his cot, with no feeds, on the 4th night. It's now been over a week and with Iva's continued support, to help navigate nap times and perfect what works for us, we are still having great success. I had an interrupted night's sleep in my own bed for the first time since before I was pregnant. I've already recommended Iva to a friend and would highly recommend. I only wish I'd booked her sooner!
As a new mom the "Newborn Sleep Guide" has been extremely helpful! I appreciate the holistic approach and it definitely helped me get out of my head and not be overwhelmed with the schedules and sometimes unrealistic expectations you see floating online. I also appreciated the reminder to slowdown and take care of myself so I can best take care of my baby. The audiobook is so relaxing - I was able to listen to it out loud while my baby napped.
