Genuine family business, passionate about mattresses! The owners were very warm and welcoming which made us feel like special customers. They went above and beyond expectation to help us get the mattress we wanted the same day! The owner packaged a display and loaded it up to drop at our house, no questions asked, just before they closed on a Saturday. 🏌️
Very satisfied with my purchase from mattress medics. I found them on a Google search for a specific style of bed frame and went to visit the warehouse to choose a mattress and was pleasantly surprised from the very start of our experience. We were helped to choose a mattress with just the right amount of input and a large amount of knowledge. The price was very competitive and delivery and installation was done politely, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. The bed is amazing quality and the mattress is the best I’ve ever slept on.

Great place to buy a bed. For years I’ve used John Lewis or one of the big bed department stores who actually just rip you off and don’t know anything about their products. I bought two beds, one for me and one for my son and I have to say, best bed I’ve ever purchased! Never slept so well. The guy that helped me select the right mattress really knew his stuff and was incredibly helpful. Will be returning for my daughter’s bed!
I ordered a matress 22nd Nov.. I've had a few msgs about it being delivered, but not actually been delivered. last one they said it will be delivered on sat. and after clearing my plans for the day to be in, got a msg that it was not loaded into the van. I have heard nothing since about when it actually will be delivered! communication seems bad.
