The electriction did a wonderful job installing my new fan. He was here promptly and friendly and did a good job. I would recommend him.

Outstanding service, the technician was able to review a component, diagnose, and then fix my issue. He went out of his way to assist in an area that he wasn’t 100% responsible for. Recognized a home owner that had issues and wanted to help, even if he wasn’t getting paid. I understand business is in business to make money but I would highly recommend this company for their service, attitude, and the feeling that they want to really help the customer

Poor customer service , not professional at all , I called and the guy didn’t seem that happy to assist me he hung up on me with out any discussion, try calling back and never lived up to, he won’t hear from me again. 0 stars .

We had an electrical issue at our home and went through our home warranty, which referred us to Sky Electric Inc. We contacted them for urgent assistance and they were very responsive and quick to communicate. Even though their technicians were fully booked, Shenoda (owner/manager) was able to prioritize our situation and came out himself the very next day to assess the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the issue and our options for repairs and upgrades. We scheduled the work for the following day, and Shenoda returned with an assistant and completed everything in a timely manner. In addition to fixing the original issue, they added new circuits/rewiring to our kitchen to resolve the overload that caused the initial problem and installed additional circuit/outlets in our backyard patio that we have been wanting to add. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and very patient in explaining everything to someone with little electrical knowledge. We were very pleased with the quality of work and would definitely recommend Sky Electric Inc. to friends and family.

Sky Electric was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Shenouda was easy to communicate with and responsive throughout the process. They fixed faulty wiring on a circuit that had left a third of my house without power, and once that was resolved, they were also able to replace a light switch and an exhaust fan motor on the spot using materials they already had on hand. Super convenient and professional service. I’ll definitely be using Sky Electric again.

I used this company’s service yesterday for circuit breakers problem, and they did a thorough job. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they explained everything clearly. They didn’t try to upsell or suggest unnecessary repairs like some other companies do just to make more money. You can tell they’re honest people.

Wow! What great service- Shenouda was knowledgeable, efficient and spent all the time needed to make sure I understood what was being done. There were issues with inspectors not showing up that threw a wrench in the schedule, but Shenouda went above and beyond to minimize the impact on me. Inspector was even impressed at the quality of the finished product!

Highly recommend if you have a unique/difficult problem - these guys can solve it. We had a very strange set-up in our master bedroom for the light/fan and three other electricians couldn’t figure it out. Shenouda recognized the problem pretty quickly and followed all the various possibilities he could until he found the solution. He was also great at explaining what was happening every step of the way, and listening to my concerns. I will use them again!

Sky Electric should be avoided at all costs. My home warranty company, Fidelity, dispatched service on Nov 6 2024 and Sky Electric was supposed to reach out to me within 24 hours. They did not. After six days, I called to follow-up. Despite supposedly being available 24/7 per Yelp; there was no answer. I left a voicemail and the call was not returned. I then emailed the company directly and they did not reply. I followed up up a couple days later again via phone and email to no avail. The home warranty then called on my behalf during normal business hours and Sky Electric did not answer. They're literally impossible to work with.
