do not trust support
My opinion on the products? Good, I just tried 1 day Hyperion for EFT and it was effective.
However,
We cannot trust their support or their policies.
My first experience of payment was via paypal, it is specified to pay with the mention "for a friend" (to avoid fees I presume)
So we send money equivalent to the number of skypoints it takes to buy a product and we receive less than what we paid, thus preventing us from taking the product.
The support given by ARIA is really condescending, cold, and always closes the tickets without even giving a clear answer or knowing if we still have questions.
For him it was normal to receive less money which I can admit as long as we are informed that there will be fees.
In addition he does not answer most of the questions and closes the tickets too quickly without solving the problems.
I kept calm and decided to give them another chance, after all their product worked well,
I therefore decide to buy 1 week or 1 month but I see that the discount code no longer works. Out of curiosity I create a new account to see if it's just a usage limit and there surprise the 1 week pack is 5 dollars cheaper in the new account.
I open a ticket, the response from ngenge0807 was:
normally the price is 60, take it or leave it.
Well, that does not justify that the price is normally 60, everyone knows what it is the false reductions which are there just to insitate with the purchase.
In the end I decided not to proceed with the payment, too many unknowns, the site and the staff did not seem reliable to me with their little shenanigans.
It's a shame, I really liked the concept.
