I had the most amazing experience at Lulu Aesthetica, especially considering this was my first time ever getting any kind of aesthetic treatment done. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed, comfortable, and in safe hands. Jamal is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process. His calm and reassuring approach made such a difference, especially as a first-timer. I started getting treatments to get my skin wedding-ready, and the results have been absolutely incredible — particularly from the Ultraformer HIFU Chin treatment. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the outcome and already feel so much more confident. I can’t recommend Lulu Aesthetica and Jamal highly enough. Jamal is the epitome of a true professional! Yesterday I received my first treatment from Jamal, having dermal filler placed in my lips and peri- oral area. Never having smoked in my life, I still had those dreaded ‘barcode lines’ around my mouth. I am beyond amazed at the result already ! Jamal was fantastic, explaining his recommendations, going through the procedure in detail beforehand and then talking me through the actual procedure as he was doing it. I can honestly say that there was only minimal discomfort and no pain or bruising has occurred after. I am looking forward to the next step😊 Lee
