DrRosh Visit. If you’re not a celebrity I wouldn’t bother AT ALL. Worse service in history. I would never return here. Visited today and to my surprise 7 people waiting for there appts. No receptionist working the area as she was always downstairs with DrRosh. People 30mins late being seen at my appt time. Someone also double booked in my appt time.
As for treatment it’s self I previously had under eye tear through filler and cheek filler, smile lines too. I returned today for my review and top up that’s “included”. Once I seen DrRosh under eye needed treatment and 1 side of cheek filler. I was told I would need to pay for this treatment. His rude receptionist came in to take over to discuss payment and I stated I was told 3x this would be a top up for happy results and included with the price. She stated that tear through filler is separated into 2 different areas? WHAT?! It’s tear through filler not left or right side. This was madness and she stated my top up on my cheek wasn’t included because they didn’t want to use that much filler as a top up to even it out and I’d have to pay even though it’s only been since September.
I politely stated that I’ve wasted my time attending today and I should have been explained that prior but wasn’t and I’d just leave. This woman stood in front of the door and stated she needed to take a picture of my face. I stated I hadn’t had any treatment today so I’ll be leaving and I don’t want a picture. She refused to get out of my way while I was stood in front of her and repeated herself 3x trying to intimidate me. I told her I was leaving and it is my body and I don’t wish for a picture. I will never return here again. She is rude and it is all very unprofessional with miscommunication across the team.
Go somewhere else. You’ll only get great treatment if you’re a celebrity or influencer. Consultations are rushed and no proper conversation. I was previously injected up and rushed out, even my friend that attended my original appt stated they wouldn’t go there.

I just had my second hair removal session with Yara, and I couldn’t be happier! She’s incredibly patient and attentive. I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in both hair growth and thickness.
Before choosing Skin Master, I did my homework - I researched at least 10 different clinics and even tried out two others. I can confidently say this was the right decision. The Soprano Titanium machine is hands down the best, and you simply won’t find this level of service or equipment at such a price in central London.
What I also appreciate is how transparent their pricing is - no hidden costs, plus they automatically offer split payments.

I had an amazing experience with Samantha! She did my laser hair removal, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s very kind, professional, and gentle, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Honestly, she’s the best the girl made for this job! Highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a great experience. 💫

The worst and most incompetent business I have ever come across. Query whether it is a scam. Please do not make my mistake and stay away from this organisation that will just cancel your appointments without notice once you have paid your fees.
