She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Every treatment I’ve received has been tailored to meet my skin's specific needs on that day, and the results are evident. I am 40 and have tried several locations and injectors over the last 10 years. Shelly has stolen my heart with her technique. She is never pushing me or trying to convince me to buy or do anything. It wasn’t what I would expect for customer service! I called to schedule a day of services for my mom, sister, and myself for my mom’s birthday! She had previously gotten a $100 gift card for Christmas (2018) that we didn’t realize only was valid for 6 months. Yes, it’s been expired for 2 months. But there was no offer of specials or “here’s what we can do” when we called. They literally just said sorry we won’t make any exceptions.
As for the services themselves, I can’t comment. I personally would not use a spa that doesn’t try to enhance EVERY customer experience.

My apologies for your disappointment, however, the Gift Card had an expiration date that was clearly marked.
My daughter and I just had laser hair removal while she also had a hydro facial and I had my eyebrows microbladed. Very professional staff and great results. So many services and products offered without having to drive to a big city & much better value!

I had my eyeliner done and it looks great. I went back and had a facial, bought skin care products and makeup specific to my problem areas. I plan to go back soon to get my eyebrows done. I loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and knew what I needed. Thanks for making me look and feel younger.
