This process, typically structured over three visits spanning approximately 9 to 12 weeks, aligns with the natural growth cycle of men's hair, allowing us to achieve a full reshaping and refinement based on the initial design.

The first haircut serves as a critical foundation, meticulously crafted following a comprehensive consultation. During this consultation, we carefully consider the head structure, hair texture, and individual characteristics to tailor a style that best complements and enhances our client's overall appearance.

We believe that any misunderstanding may have been the result of a language barrier, and we trust that this explanation provides greater clarity. We kindly encourage you to reflect on the consultation and interaction with our Master Stylist, whose objective was to ensure you were fully informed and comfortable throughout the process.

Dear Mr. Ayaz,

For your reference, All our team members are fully trained and qualified to speak the ‘English’ Language proficiently since it’s the main language that we communicate with all our Clients inside our shop, and we also want to mention that our shop manager was present all throughout your visit and he was around during your consultation to make sure that the knowledge and education is delivered within our standards in which contrary to your statement that the people you encountered was not able to understand or communicate with you effectively.

With that we have no doubt that the rest of the story that you mentioned are all falsified since you have twisted the story upside and down in your favor as based on our record and observation that the stylist provided you almost 15 minutes of Consultation before starting the service, and ensured that during that time he shared his thoughts and advise with you to make sure that you understand each and every bit of what is needed and what can be done as what we usually provide for our first time clients to build mutual understanding before proceeding, and with regards to the expensive treatments that you mentioned that he was pushing, please understand that here at SKILLS a part that what makes us different is the way we share knowledge and education to our clients all throughout the service and on your case specifically our Stylist was explaining to you the difference between the 2 type of Treatments, (Protein and Keratin) and how people misuse the results and he was telling you how Keratin actually usually works and it is never for straightening in which in your case you have viewed it as it is for straightening and he is trying to sell it for you which instead of seeing the value and appreciating that you received it as something negative and manipulative.

With regards to the attached picture, we don’t know from which point of view you are trying to highlight the problem as every haircut is based on layers that was created to give it its shape in which you were informed about that by the stylist and ensured that you are fully aware and it is what you agreed upon, in which we tried to re-confirm that with you once again before leaving our place with your approval that everything is within your requirement.

Despite all that, we have tried to reach out with you directly through call and message to properly understand all your concerns and give appropriate feedback and solution so that we can improve the situation but we have yet to receive any response from your end and with that we would have to reply to your review and protect our reputation from all your false accusations.
