We really got unbeliavably lucky when we booked Edy to help us improve our skiing levels during our stay in Cervinia. Edy is very professional, approachable, calm, patient, yet eager to help, eager to teach and transfer the love for skiing and mountains to his students. Edy organized the most amazing people for our three different level groups of skiiers, and I can only say amazing things about them all. Laura, Patrick, Simone, Riccardo and Matias thank you so so so much!
They all helped us on the mauntain, and off the mountain and I am forever grateful! We made new friends, and I trully can not wait to get back and ski with all of them again. Thank you Edy, thank you Ski-Unlimited!!! The Gordons
Edy was amazing, he showed us parts of the area we never would have seen, including a secret valley 🤫 . I can’t tell you how big the smile was on mine and more importantly my son and wife’s face. In all honesty I cannot recommend him enough. Transformed my wife from tolerating skiing to loving skiing. My son and I had the absolute best time, smiling from ear to ear. We’ll be booking him next year, don’t hesitate. We love Edy xx
Edy is an unbelievable guide and ski instructor. I recommend him to any family that is able to use him! We are a family of 5 ranging from 7 years old to 42 years old, all with very different skiing levels. We didn’t know how on earth Edy would guide all of us together. But he knew exactly how to make it all work, showing a lot of patience and even dealing with my son feeling sick for the first two hours of our first day together. He made our trip to Courmayeur a really unforgettable family trip - it was the first time we were all able to ski together as one family. My 7 year old went from basically not ever having been on a real chair lift to skiing down blues (even some reds) and enjoying the jumps that Edy guided us through.
He also setup incredible lunch reservations on the mountain, introduced us to new food & drink and helped guide the rest of our time in Courmayeur.
We were sorry we only were with him for 2 days because our family did not have nearly as good a time on our 3rd day solo.
I recommend Edy to anybody looking for a ski guide or instructor and because of him, we are considering going back to Italy for a family ski trip again next year. Highest recommendation possible and I rarely write reviews.
Edy’s love of Cervinia and the mountains was infectious. Always showing us areas of interest whilst taking some amazing family photos! We learnt so much about the area from Edy who was informative whilst also being brilliant at not only telling us the best restaurants to go to, but booking them too! A group of 4 of us had the pleasure of skiing with Edy. We were all slightly different levels but he pitched the lesson perfectly, giving us all different drills to work on. Safety was the highest priority and he got us all safely down the piste, learning as we went. He was also very knowledgeable about the local area, taking us to some great vantage points and took some great shots of us. I would definitely recommend. My 2 friends and I booked Edy for 2 days. Right from the start he was very helpful and quick in replying to our emails. At all times he was friendly and really helped our skiing. He was so courteous and even booked lunch for us. My skiing improved hugely due to his through and patient teaching. Thanks Edy - you were a star!
My 13 year old son and I had the pleasure of skiing with Edy for the last 3 days and it was fantastic. He turned a cautious/ nervous skier into someone ready to take on all the slopes! My son looks like a different skier! Edy gives a five star service that goes beyond the skiing. He booked the best restaurants for us and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We recently took a 2-day ski lesson in Cervinia for our group of five beginners, and it was an amazing experience. The instructor Edy, was patient, friendly, and tailored the lessons to our individual needs, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. Day 1 focused on building the basics, and by Day 2, we were already skiing on an easier slope with more control. Edy, was well-organized, and the snow conditions were perfect for beginners. We all left feeling much more confident and had a great time. I highly recommend his services! Thank you so much!
I highly recommend booking ski lessons with Edy. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took his time to teach a group of 5 the basics and he speaks great English. The instructions were straight forward and way to follow. I never skied before, but after two days with Edy, I was skiing with confidence by myself. I came with a group from the USA. He greeted our group with a warm welcome and took good care of everyone. Edy’s skills and patience with beginners was impeccable. Book him you will not regret it.

We had an incredible experience with Edy as our ski instructor! He is highly professional, offering excellent advice and guidance tailored to our skill levels. His extensive knowledge of the slopes at Beuil-Cervinia made every session both productive and enjoyable. Edy’s instructions were clear and easy to follow, allowing us to quickly pick up and refresh our skiing skills after a year off.
Our daughter spent three full days learning with Edy and had an absolute blast—skiing became the highlight of our family holiday thanks to him. Her progress and excitement speak volumes about Edy’s expertise and ability to connect with his students. We can’t recommend him enough and look forward to skiing with him again in the future!
We had a fantastic few days skiing with Edy. The ski instruction was suberb and we all improved while having a lot of fun. Edy is an incredible local tour guide, full of knowledge of the history of the area, the local wildlife, the culture, and all the best places to eat and more. He goes above and beyond in providing an incredible experience for all. We’ve been lucky to have some fantastic instructors over the years skiing, but Edy takes it to a new level.
We had also had one day with Riccardo, and we would highly recommend him too, a hugely enjoyable day of skiing with expert teaching, a lovely vibe, and very professional.
