Our stay was fantastic! Mangala was super helpful and very responsive. He took care of all our queries and even provided good local recommendations. The stay itself was pristine and extremely beautiful with peacful surroundings. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

☺ We loved our 2 nights stay at Sith Ru Villa. The host Mangala was very helpful in all aspects. Check in was very easy and smooth as he contacted us several times before our arrival. He also arranged breakfast for our big group and was delivered on time. The villa is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in 6 bed rooms. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room in case if you need them. Only 2 rooms are air-conditioned. But the rest are atleast equipped with fans. Good thing is that the villa and the bedrooms look exactly as described and as in the photos.

Large, beautiful place, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Host was very responsive and dealt with all issues we had promptly.
SithRu Villa deserves a full 5 stars. I booked it for three people, but the place can easily hold many more. The villa is huge and everything felt convenient from the moment we arrived. Mangala, the manager, handled everything with skill and care. The food was excellent. We felt happy with the entire stay.
I stayed one night with my family during a two-day trip to southern Sri Lanka, and the experience was delightful. The villa is located just a few kilometers from Matara town, in a peaceful neighborhood, and is very well maintained. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. I had the pleasure of meeting both the manager and the property owner, who were exceptionally courteous and professional. At my request, they prepared a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast of string hoppers, chicken curry, dhal curry, and pol sambol, which was outstanding. I would gladly return for another stay.

We originally planned to stay just 2 nights at SithRu Villa in Matara, but we ended up extending my stay to 4 nights because the experience was so great! A special thank you to Mr. Mangala, the manager, who made my stay truly enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful and kind – he arranged a van with a very nice and reliable driver so I could explore Matara and the surrounding areas comfortably. It made a big difference in my trip. Mangala also helped me order delicious breakfasts and dinners, which I really appreciated. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, and the service was always warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing – a perfect escape from the busy city life as I live in sjngapore with my family . If you’re visiting Matara, I highly recommend staying at SithRu Villa. The hospitality and service, especially from Mr. Mangala, made this one of the best parts of my trip.

I had the pleasure of staying at this villa for 3 days with my friends, and it was an amazing experience. The villa is incredibly clean, calm, and beautifully designed. Ideal quiet location for a large group for a get away. We had a relaxing time away from the busy city limits. Very responsive, and friendly host and easy to communicate. Plenty of space for a large group to meet and mingle together. We would consider visiting again.

☺ Beautiful home situated perfectly in a quieter part of Matera. Mangala (manager) and his family greeted us with a very warm welcome and Rohan and Mangala were accommodating to anything needed. Amazing food can be ordered if needed. Highly recommend staying.
☹ Slight problems with the washing machine. Also the booking needs to specify how many rooms can be booked per person.

We loved Sithru Villa a lot. I booked it to enjoy some time with my family in Sri Lanka.Was one of the best places I’ve been. It’s beautiful and well Maintained. The place felt like home, it had CCTV cameras around which made us feel very safe.The property manager Mangala was one of the best property Managers I’ve met. He was always one call away and frequently checked up on us, helped us a lot in sorting out our meals and necessities. Would highly recommend booking this place. A Memorable Stay in a Peaceful Environment
☺ If you are looking for a homestay in a calm and peaceful environment, this would be a great choice.
Due to a late check-in and early check-out, we stayed for a very short time. However, the house was ideal for our group of 9 people from two families, offering plenty of space and comfort.
The house itself was beautifully designed, featuring balconies, a backyard on the first floor, a rooftop terrace, and a garage space for one vehicle.
The host, Mangala, was exceptional and provided great hospitality.
☹ The water pressure on the first floor can be improved, and adding mosquito repellents would enhance guest comfort.
