Paul is such a great guy and very professional PT. My son is a PT in the valley and he agreed that Paul was doing everything perfect for my shoulder replacement therapy. The Dr. that performed the replacement was also impressed at my VERY quick recovery and how quick I returned to 100% mobility.
I can't speak highly enough of Sisters Physical Therapy. I've been to PT a lot over the years and Paul is the best I've seen. His understanding of the human body is impressive, while factoring in the psychological dynamics of recovery from injury. He's constantly asking for feedback to individual exercises and adjusts his treatment accordingly. Paul is passionate about his profession and genuinely excited to help his clients improve and work toward their goals. He will push you because that's the fastest way to heal, and does so in a calculated manner while ensuring you are enjoying the process. To top it off Paul is a great guy, it's no surprise that his business is thriving and soon to be expanded with The Gym.
The Doctor at Sisters Physical Therapy is the most knowledgeable and effective physical therapist I've ever had work on me. He is very personable, takes time to listen and applies this knowledge to produce meaningful results. In addition, his staff and facility are clean and welcoming. I don't hesitate to recommend this PT and hope you find similar experience.
Paul has been coaching me on exercises for a chronic shoulder injury. I love that he explains everything clearly and thoroughly, so that I understand the nuances of the movements he's showing me. I have full confidence in his knowledge. His equipment is modern and clean, and his clinic is bright, uncluttered, and with no perfumy scents (important to me). I am excited to be getting the help I need with my injury in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Paul has proven to be the most knowledgeable and effective DPT i've ever had the occasion not only to be treated by but to be effectively relieved and improved by. his knowledge of anatomy and the way he explains what's going on with one's body is superior to any other DPT i've experienced and the results of his technique are amazing! there are so many DPT's to choose from, but if you want to really understand and improve whatever the issue is you're seeking a DPT in the first place, save yourself some time and look no further than Paul @ Sisters Physical Therapy!
Excellent treatment. I had a significant shoulder injury for quite a few months. After a month of biweekly appointments the pain was resolved. Appointments were easy to make and always on time. I would highly recommend Paul for your physical therapy needs.

Truly can't recommend enough! I have seen many physical therapist over the years for chronic back pain and Paul is the first one to really help me make progress I can feel and that lasts. In the one on one environment he provides he takes the time to help you understand your body and how to work with it not against it. I had a great experience with Sisters Physical Therapy. I was having trouble with my calf. Paul did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and developing a recovery plan. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results that I’m seeing. I would highly recommend Paul. I was impressed with the one on one time he spent with me verses other places in the past. I had climbing shoulder injured over a year and working with multiple PTs, It didn't help; Until I see Sisters Physical Therapy (Paul). Working with Paul was an absolute amazing. A wonderful facility, and a fabulous PT experience! Paul is so knowledgeable, and he shares his knowledge with the patient in a way that they can easily understand. I couldn't be happier with the support Paul provided to rehab my foot before heading to Europe to hike. He set a new standard for PT.
Why? Paul provided the practical advice for my healing to begin in earnest. He combines great knowledge, patience and encouragement to work through to healing.
He spent a full hour with me at each visit and answered all questions so I knew why I was doing each exercise.
After each session, Paul; provided an electronic list of my exercises along with a customized video of him repeating every movement we did in his studio. It's like have your personal PT right in your phone!
