We had two excellent experiences with this tour provider. We had a guided city tour of Cartagena In English with tour guide Nico that was incredibly informative (booked through Viator). Nico put us in contact with his company to book a visit to the Rosario islands. I was able to coordinate the tour without using Viator as a middle man. They helped us pick out the right trip for us. (we wanted a quieter beach, and they delivered!) they had many other options for people looking for more of a party experience, too. I don’t speak Spanish, but we were able to arrange everything with a little Google Translate help. Very easy and friendly. Great experiences overall!

Better than a ship excursion! My friend booked a private tour with J.J. following a food tour when our cruise ship was in port. J.J. arranged a time and place to meet us, and he was there early. We had some time constraints, and he worked with those. He took us on a walking tour which we enjoyed, and drove us through other areas before taking us to a high area with a great view of the city. We very much enjoyed our brief stay in Cartagena and though J.J. was a great guide. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Tour We had a great time with Nico and the driver Maler and Gracie. They were all very knowledgeable and made the journey a lot of fun. Our cruise stopped in Cartagena last minute because Aruba was canceled. We were able to book last minute and we were so happy that we found this tour!! Awesome time!! Thank you again.

Started the tour on time, however the traffic was horrendous and we spent most of our time in traffic jams. The guide was knowledgable, but felt like i was at school. He would explain history etc then ask us questions to see of we were listening. Our shopping time was cut short and we had no free time to explore some areas by ourselves. I felt that the trip was rushed and not really what i was expecting. We also weren’t provided with the bottled water as stated. The clock tower and the bullring were only driven past at a dostance and there wasn’t alot of time to take photos.

Misunderstanding in hotel pick up. I registered via TripAdvisor for the tour. I listed my hotel name for pick up. I received confirmation and a ticket from Viator. I received a text message the day before the tour. I was waiting at my hotel lobby on time. 10 minutes no Van pick up. I called with assistance of hotel staff. Tour staff said they didn’t have my hotel name. They also said they emailed me about this. I never got an email from them. Apparently the van is already at the other side of town so they can’t pick me up. They cancelled the tour and requested a full refund for me. So let’s see if that actually will happen.

Great Half Day! We had Nico as our guide in Cartagena. He and the driver were excellent. The private care was always air conditioned when we got back to it from whatever we went to explore. They tailored the tour to our specific desires and it was very enjoyable.

Interessante, sehr informative Tour Wir haben alle im Programm genannten Sehenswürdigkeiten gesehen. Unser Guide gab uns dazu umfassende Informationen. Diese gab es in englischer Sprache. Wir konnten alles gut verstehen, obwohl Englisch nicht unsere Muttersprache ist, weil er langsam und deutlich sprach. Besonders gut hat uns der Rundgang durch die Altstadt gefallen. Trotz starken Verkehrs auf dem Weg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten fühlten wir uns mit unserem Fahrer immer sicher. Die Tour ist absolut empfehlenswert.
