Very happy with what I got from Sing Gin, I ordered one of their hampers for mother's day which arrived promptly with no issues in delivery and my mum was very happy with the gin flavour and all the different flavour tonics she got with it. The hamper was well put together too and was presented nicely. Definitely would order again.
I am absolutely delighted with the Sing Gin hamper. This company went out of their way to meet my order in time for Christmas which I really didn't expect. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I was kept up to date all the way and even received a personal email to double check the post code. I stumbled across the Sing Gin site by accident, looking for inspiration for a gift for some 'gin loving' friends. I only placed one order but somehow managed to miss someone's name off the card as well as being a tad late with the delivery. Despite there being no number I emailed and Richard called me back within 2 hours and could not have been more helpful. Bent over backwards to help me with my issues solved and the package arrived the very next day! I personally didn't taste gin but was told it was divine - could not recommend more!
I ordered a gift hamper, but managed to mess up the address and not include the gift message. A quick contact to Richard and everything was sorted, the joys of dealing with a company where the service matters.
The hamper was delivered on the intended day and the receipient was blown away by the quality of the items and the gin itself.
Since the hamper I've purchased the gin myself and enjoy the strong juniper taste with the aromatic florals left on the palette. Paired with Fever Tree Mediterranean or Rhubarb and Raspberry tonic, this gin is one I'll return to again and again.
