We can now see all retail accounts in one map, track coverage, and manage our reps’ activities with clear visibility. It made territory management and follow-ups so much easier. maybe a few more customization options for dashboards would be nice. We didn’t know how well our field team was covering stores. Now, we can plan visits, see missed stores, and manage growth with confidence.
My team actually likes using it
The mobile app is simple enough that my reps actually use it. Adoption was quick, which is rare with software. Sometimes updates require refreshing the app, but that’s minor. Keeps everyone aligned and reduces the number of calls I get asking about client details or product info.
Best decision for our growing brand
Ease of use. Our sales team didn’t need weeks of training everyone got on board fast. Orders sync instantly, so I don’t have to worry about lost emails or calls. It doesn’t have deep accounting functions, but we integrate with our accounting tool easily. Automating order intake and eliminating manual mistakes. This freed up time to focus on getting new accounts.
One platform for everything
It connects orders, analytics, and customer data in one place. That alone replaced three different tools we were juggling. I can see trends, understand which SKUs are moving, and plan inventory better. Learning curve for some of the advanced analytics features took my team a bit of time. We finally have real-time sales analytics, which allows us to make data-driven decisions. This helped us boost revenue and plan growth more confidently.
Have real-time visibility
Seeing orders as they come in, instead of waiting until the end of the day. The real-time dashboard is the single most important feature for me. Sometimes the customization requests take a bit of time, but the support team is responsive. We’re no longer blind to what’s happening in the field. I can make immediate adjustments based on real data.
Great for reporting to headquarters
The reports are clear, visual, and easy to share with HQ. I don’t have to build endless Excel files anymore. Would like to filter photos by date faster, but it’s a minor issue. It makes reporting simple and transparent. I can show exactly how campaigns were executed.
Made us look professional with distributors
We’re a small brand, but SimplyDepo gives us the same tools big players use. Distributors love the ordering process it’s smooth and professional. Nothing major. Maybe more integrations down the road. Helps us look organized and credible when pitching new distributors.
Streamlined Our B2B Sales Plan for Retail Partners
I was genuinely impressed by how easy the platform was to use and by the high quality of the support provided. Even our sales staff, who are not particularly tech-savvy, were able to navigate the system after just a brief training session. We rely on it heavily, using it every day to manage our boutique and pop-up partner accounts. The range of features feels just right for our B2B needs—comprehensive without being overwhelming. Creating custom catalogs and setting up tailored pricing for different partners was straightforward and hassle-free. Our sales team finds the mobile app functional, but the interface feels much more cramped compared to the desktop version. While it does the job, we would really appreciate a design that feels more native to mobile devices. Prior to SimplyDepo, fulfilling orders from distribution was a manual process that took place via clunky email and spreadsheets. This platform has provided them with a self-service portal that feels and looks like a direct representation of our own brand. It has eliminated order entry mistakes and significantly reduced the amount of time my team spent on order management from a admin standpoint, by about 25%. Craigs use of QuickBooks Online system saves me so much time; it integrates in to that software… The conversion is pretty seamless for us. It allows us generate a set-and-forget invoice which effects our payment cycle on the customers end considerably!

Promising, but analytics need work
SimplyDepo gives us a clear system for order entry and catalog updates, which has streamlined coordination between sales reps and our warehouse. For daily operations, it’s dependable distribution logistics software. Analytics and forecasting are limited. I’d like to run “what-if” scenarios or better understand inventory risks, but the current reports don’t provide that depth. Also, onboarding required more training than expected some of our older staff struggled. It cut down on email orders and helped organize warehouse picking, but I still need to use separate inventory management software for distribution to cover the forecasting gap.
At Last A Standard for both Field Sales and Ecommerce
It was so easy to integrate with our Shopify shop! It automatically pulls our B2B orders in from the field to our online channel, where we utilize it for smaller boutique accounts. There are a lot of features on offer, but not so many that it feels intimidating to use in catalog management and track planning it does the business. Reps use our mobile app every day and rave about the offline. Have had excellent customer support when we have questions. For the most part they were easy to implement, but our complicated customer specific pricing from our old system took a few back and forths for them to connect. I also wish the retail execution reports were a little more pre-built filtered options for our specific beverage category. It cut through the confusion of having separate wholesale and ecommerce systems. Previously, online orders and field sales orders were kept in separate systems and led to inventory nightmares. Now, everything is in sync. Our reps now carry a virtual catalog in their pockets, and we’ve been provided with real-time visibility into each of our sales channels, greatly enhancing the accuracy of our orders.
Solid tool but still growing into its potential
SimplyDepo does a good job consolidating orders, invoices, and catalog management. The dashboard gives a clear overview of what’s happening in the field, and the offline app has been helpful when reps visit rural bakeries. For day-to-day order tracking, it’s reliable distribution software system. The challenge is that the platform is still evolving, and sometimes it feels like features are being released before they’re fully polished. For example, bulk edits on catalogs don’t always save correctly, and route optimization has fewer advanced options compared to tools built solely for logistics. I also wish the analytics were a bit deeper without needing exports. We’ve eliminated paper orders and given the sales team an easier tool, but as management, I’m still waiting for the system to provide the level of forecasting and analytics I’d expect from a fully mature distribution management software.

Our merchandisers, sales reps and md ops team are aligned via retail execution module It also integrates with Google Maps for route planning and the CRM-style tracking ensures no customer goes unnoticed. Surprisingly convenient integration with Shopify. The timeframes for feature releases are quite far apart though, but at least quarterly would be a good target. The learning curve of the dashboard non-tech managers were clawing to adapt in the beginning. UI elements can be a bit cluttered with smaller screens. Centralized 5+ tools into one. Reduced seasonal staff onboarding time > 60% Using an automated order management it reduced ordering time by 35%.
Data-Driven Retail Execution
SimplyDepo's versions of in-store audit tools, pictures, notes being the game changer all around for promo tracking. Business can integrate its application e-commerce platform to sync with the client system and custom reporting through API. Issues get resolved within a few hours by equally responsive customer support. Updates can sometimes interject in the field workflow mid day. (4) Task management could be more user-friendly. The new feature request process is taking between 2 and 3 months to return on use. Replaced manual spreadsheets (saved 15 hours per week) Increased promo compliance by 50% with live alerts.
