My car was taken to Silvester's after a hit and run in January. Communication throughout the process was great and the car was repaired quickly after the insurance gave approval. My only minor critique is that I asked for the car seats in the back to be discarded but they were still there when I came to collect my car. This is the only reason I have not given 5 *s

Sy arranged for my car to be collected and fixed very quickly. The whole process was seemless and he even helped with taking car seats out of the courtesy car and putting them back in mine. Great service by the whole team and I was not expecting my car to be cleaned inside and out so that was a real added bonus. Thanks guys.

The whole process from start to finish has been faultless, from initially booking it to picking up my car, the bumper that needed replacing only took 2 days and looks as good as the day i bought it again.

Wrote my car off after only looking at a photo of a small dent in my car door and refused to inspect it in person. Disgraceful, now I need to buy a new car which I can't afford. Beware this company their "engineers" are not interested in what is best for you. I have 1 month old baby and no car to get food for her.

This is done directly with the insurer. We have stricked processes and procedures and pride ourselves on customer service. Our car was picked up to be worked on at Silvester crash repair garage on the13th December and we got it back 10th January. (Some people may say it’s a long time but having Christmas and New Year with in this time slot it was quick).To say we are pleased with the service and the work is one thing. From the start of this all we had telephone contact right to the end of the process. Sy and Adam kept us well informed. Thank you both and to all the staff.
